Percy Quin State Park, Mccomb, Mississippi

Date of Stay: November, 2007 - $17.00
Overall Rating:

My favorite campground yet! Beautiful grounds and a giant lake to make a wonderful view. Great place to take your family and ride bikes. The fact they have sewer hookup gives it a 10++. Loved it and cannot wait to go back. We camped at Percy Quin State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Bayou Segnette State Park, Westwego, Louisiana

Date of Stay: October, 2007 - $17.00

Loved this park. The sites were paved ,and the area was very family friendly and beautiful. There were mosquitos and our picnic table was located on the wrong side of the travel trailer. Great place to ride your bike with the family. We camped at Bayou Segnette State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tchefuncte Campground, Folsom, Louisiana

Date of Stay: September, 2007 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

Over-priced for what you get. Sites were very close together and it was a mud pit. The sites do not even have limestone to keep the mud out. The area is pretty but not a good set-up to camp. They have a new pool but need an updated fence to go with it. You also have to drive down a two mile gravel road to get to the campground. The staff was friendly and eager to help. We camped at Tchefuncte Campground in a Travel Trailer.
