Pullen Creek RV Park, Skagway, Alaska

Date of Stay: August, 2007 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Park is right at the end of the cruise ship dock. In fact about 10 of the sites are back-ins at the rear of the actual cruise ship dock parking lot, looks a little strange, but then they have a great view. We camped at Pullen Creek RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Northern Nights RV Campground, Glennallen, Alaska

Date of Stay: August, 2007 - $21.00
Overall Rating:

Small cg, but neat. We were there on a Wednesday and they had a ranger from Wrangell-St Elias NP on site to give a talk. One problem is that the dump station is on the way out, and if there are 2 rigs in line to dump, you have to wait. We camped at Northern Nights RV Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice wooded sites very well spaced out and well off the hwy. Also for $7 you can wash your rig for however long it takes -- especially worth it when coming in to Tok via the Top of the World Highway. We camped at Tundra Lodge & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tubby's RV Park and Car Wash, Dawson Creek, British Columbia

Date of Stay: July, 2007 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

During the summer it is hard to get a site in Dawson Creek, due to the many caravans starting out for Alaska from there. Mostly gravel parking lot, and sites are very tight. Also noticed the park was up for sale. We camped at Tubby's RV Park and Car Wash in a Fifth Wheel.
