The spaces are extremely narrow and many require blocking of front and rear wheels. The cable TV service is spotty. Do not pay for this service unless you know your particular site works. Children are supposed to be monitored, however, many parents/grandparents do not know what this means. Watch out for children traffic. Park is convenient to shopping and roads leading out of Denver to the mountains but is over priced due to a captive market. There are few RV parks in the Denver proper area. Management is helpful but you need to constantly check your reservations as there are many bookkeeping errors made.

The park would be excellent, overall, if not for the train horns, which are blown constantly during the day and evening. The park is two blocks from a major highway/railroad crossing in Benson. The observatory is well managed and both on-site astronomers are very knowledgeable. I regretted having to leave this park, early, for another park in the general Benson area where train noise was not an issue.

Park is well laid out and relatively quiet for being so centrally located. The facility amenities are second to none in my travels, thus far. Just be sure to lock everything in sight as things have a tendency to disappear day and night due to heavy transient traffic in area around park. Security is more or less the responsibility of the visitor or resident.
