Blue Fin Trailer and RV Park, Holyrood, Newfoundland

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed for 3 nights while touring St John's. about 40km from city. Nice park, gravel sites, secure with gate. No wifi at all. Laundry $2 per load for wash and dry but noted that some dryers stop randomly so suggest you stick close to dryer to restart. If you want a fire you have to rent the fire pit. We camped at Blue Fin Trailer and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Jolly Acres RV Park and Storage, Saint George, South Carolina

Date of Stay: January, 2014 - $16.00
Overall Rating:

Rate reflects PA discount. Lovely quiet park with super friendly owners and campers, both long term and overnight. We stayed just one night en route to Florida but will plan a longer stay in the future. Sites are large, area is all gravel, owner escorted us to site. Seems to have a common area by office. We camped at Jolly Acres RV Park and Storage in a Fifth Wheel.

Themeworld RV Resort, Davenport, Florida

Date of Stay: February, 2013 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

Beautiful park, clean with the nicest pool I have ever seen! Nice fitness room. Not many activities and it is right on the highway so it will be noisy. Staff are very friendly. We moved sites midway as our first one had absolutely no shade. We will make this our alternate park from our Thousand Trail membership for sure! We will be back We camped at Themeworld RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Kissimmee RV Park (formerly Orange Grove Campground and RV Park), Kissimmee, Florida

Date of Stay: January, 2013 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here 16 days and very pleasantly surprised by this park. It was suggested we take site 6, which was a site off by itself but very large with a tree on it. Very easily handled our 37 ft toy hauler with lots of room for bike and truck. The park is primarily permanents, but they are very friendly. Limited activities but there is a take out twice a week to give you a break from cooking. Pool was stained so did not use it. Laundry was clean and efficient. There are all types of trailers here: pop ups, temps, motor homes, truck campers, and they seem to get weekend transient traffic. We did see a number of children here, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We would stay here again with no hesitation. We camped at Kissimmee RV Park (formerly Orange Grove Campground and RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

International RV Park & Campground, Daytona Beach, Florida

Date of Stay: January, 2013 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here for 11 days. Rate reflects PA rate. Very friendly campground, the people make it a 9. Sites were very close and park was very full, but it was all we expected. A very noisy campground in that the speedway is just down the road, so expect noise. We camped at International RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

South of the Border, Dillon, South Carolina

Date of Stay: January, 2013 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

This is our second stay at this park. First time we were in a 30 amp spot and we found it a bit confusing pulling in, as we were given little direction from staff regarding how to pull in to these sites. We finally figured out: that depending on where your sewer was, dictated how you went into site. Second stay we were in site 175. Pull through and level. Both times we stayed while enroute to Florida. This is an excellent stopover. Lots of little stores to browse. WiFi available apparently in a central location, we had Mifi so that was not a concern for us. Very quiet park, staff during second visit very friendly and helpful. This place will always be an annual stop for us. We camped at South of the Border in a Fifth Wheel.
