Nice place in the sticks. Huge sites with nice folks. A tad bit buggy, but it is the Eastern Shore. Beautiful sunsets across the Chesapeake Bay. We had a great time. We camped at Bay Shore Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Duck Neck Campground, Chestertown, Maryland

Date of Stay: July, 2007 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Campground is in a great location, but could use some improvements. Primarily a seasonal campground. Had a nice pool and dock on the Chester River. Chestertown is a charming little town and only minutes away. Sites could have been a little larger. We camped at Duck Neck Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Fort Whaley Family Campground, Whaleyville, Maryland

Date of Stay: June, 2007 - $60.00
Overall Rating:

Nice campground, but a little far from OC to be charging so much. Tons of activities and had a nice camp store. Stayed in a loop without sewer, but we were close to the large, clean bathhouse. We camped at Fort Whaley Family Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Woodlands Camping Resort, Elkton, Maryland

Date of Stay: May, 2007 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Nice campground that is located near I-95 and a Flying J fuel station. The locals were great and very friendly. I am surprised they do not have a website and do not advertise more. It was a great find and we will return. We camped at Woodlands Camping Resort in a Travel Trailer.
