Village of Trees RV Resort, Declo, Idaho

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

This was an older park but very nicely maintained. Their are some older trailers in the park, but they were very well keep. The shade trees are awesome and a lot of them. A large picnic and play area that is all grass and Sites were wide with grass. Cable worked good and staff was very friendly. I would stay here again. We camped at Village of Trees RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Ambassador RV Resort, Caldwell, Idaho

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

A new park and very nice. Friendly people, quite, and clean pet areas. Nice laundry, but a bit small for this large a park. They are planning a second though. Great spacing, and they did keep an empty space between RV's. Cable and wifi worked good and staff was very friendly. I stayed here twice in Aug. Will stay here again. We camped at Ambassador RV Resort in a Motorhome.

AA Royal Motel & Campground, North Tonawanda, New York

Date of Stay: May, 2005 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

We went here to visit Niagra Falls so we were really looking to leave the MH during the day. This is a fairly small park behind the motel. We decided to take the Grayline tour and they do pick you up right in front. The park was quit but there really isn't anything for kids to do. The manager was very friendly and told us to use the spot in back of our MH to park the car. I would guess this would get a little cramped in the summer. I would stay here again. We camped at AA Royal Motel & Campground in a Motorhome.

Galesburg East Campground, Knoxville, Illinois

Date of Stay: May, 2005 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

One of the nicer places we stayed. No trains! This was one of the quiter campgrounds with easy access to the interstate. The bathrooms and showers were spotless. This was once a KOA park and the new owners are doing a nice job on the upkeep and upgrades. I would stay here again. . We camped at Galesburg East Campground in a Motorhome.

Beaver Valley Resort (Closed), South Charleston, Ohio

Date of Stay: May, 2005 - $23.00
Overall Rating:

This was a 2 day stop for the AF Museums. This is an old park. The showers and bathrooms reflect the age of this park. The grass we were parked on was 6 inches long until the second day when they mowed it and then it was a battle to keep it outside. We were going to do some wash but 1 machine was broken and the other 5 had clothes left in them. There are a lot of people living here. We took a walk around the park but you have to watch where you put your feet. Goose droppings!! Also take earplugs for the road noise. There is a bridge to cross to get into the main campground, driver beware, this bridge is maybe 9 feet and some inches wide with nice metal guard rails to scrach up your paint. I really don't think I would stay here again. We camped at Beaver Valley Resort (Closed) in a Motorhome.

Gotta Getaway (Formerly Lazy J RV Resort), Bellevue, Ohio

Date of Stay: May, 2005 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

We stoped here overnight. Well one bath house/bathroom was closed and the one that was open was about 20 yrs. old. This was an old Jellystone park at one time. The new owners are doing upgrades so in all fairness this may be ok in the future. I will say there are no trains.. We camped at Gotta Getaway (Formerly Lazy J RV Resort) in a Motorhome.

Pla-Mor Campground & Marina, Winona, Minnesota

Date of Stay: May, 2005 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Very clean bathrooms and showers. The campground is down in the ravene so you do have to go up the hill for the bathrooms and showers. The other issue is the trains, their not all that far away and they like their horns. We got rained on pretty hard and I was wondering if we were going to wake up in the Mississippi. The access for a 40 FT. MH would be a little tight. We camped at Pla-Mor Campground & Marina in a Motorhome.
