Date of Stay:

Upper sites are quite narrow and close together. Roads are steep and narrow. Wifi reception and speed was excellent. Quite pricey for a one night stop. Site was level. Probably just keep driving next time thru.

Date of Stay:

Spent 3 nights here. Basically an open field with hookups (as others mentioned trees are about 6 feet tall!). Electricity stable, water pressure good. Wi-Fi is advertised but it never worked in our 3 day stay. Office help unable to locate any tech support to diagnose problem. All staff seemed to be teenagers, helpful but not very knowledgeable. Campsite maintenance not being tended to. Easy access and centrally located for our needs. Would probably return if in the area again.

Date of Stay:

October trip, so park was almost empty. Some seasonals. Nicely wooded. Some road noise which probably would not be noticeable if normal park noises were happening. Interior roads need grading, but it is the end of a long rainy season. Site was roomy and easy to back into. Wi-Fi weak and intermittent. Water pressure very high. Would definitely return if in the area.

Date of Stay:

Been here several times over a 10 year span. Park could be a gem but it's not. No maintenance being done, front desk staffed by poor quality help, only Wi-Fi hotspot is the office, no hose available at dump station, no guide to site, etc. RV'ers seem to be seen as an inconvenience to deal with. Morgan Resorts runs the place and it speaks very poorly for them as a company. Quite sure this is our last visit here.

Date of Stay:

Clean CG convenient to the highway. Friendly staff leads you direct to site. Very cold night so the well heated showers and restroom were appreciated.

Date of Stay:

Very tight, very cramped and very noisy. Would not return. CG is only one block away from the I-65 bridge which is now carrying all of its traffic PLUS the traffic that would normally have gone over the I-64 bridge which is closed. Staff was polite and helpful.

Date of Stay:

CG is nice and quiet - no highway noise. Has a fenced in area for dogs to stretch their legs. If it wasn't for the overpopulation of small yappy dogs, I'd rate this a 9. Good for an overnight, I'd stay again. And close my windows.

Date of Stay:

Nice CG on the road to the North Rim. In town location. Some Hwy noise. Nicely groomed. Sites are crushed rock and level. Some sites are somewhat tight. Very friendly owners. Good fast Wi-Fi connection.

Date of Stay:

Very nicely maintained older CG. Not that easy to find, but close to main highway. Sites v-e-r-y tight. Cautious maneuvering is essential to avoid bumps and scrapes. Very clean and well kept, good Wi-Fi connection.

After long road trip from Yellowstone, this CG is a welcome break. Immaculate, off the highway far enough so noise is not an issue. Many trees. Kind of an oasis in the desert. Not a destination CG but a very welcome stopping place for the weary traveler. If you pass this way, we highly recommend it.

Date of Stay:

CG is worth visiting just for the sunset! Fairly well maintained. Sites are very poorly delineated so it's a lot of jockeying to make sure your wheels are firmly planted on gravel and not sod. Showers were the best I've ever found in a CG. Staff seems to be mostly teenagers on work release from local HS.

Date of Stay:

CG is easy to access. Sites have view of and access to lake. Staff was friendly. Overall the grounds keeping was better than anything else. Restrooms weren't very clean. Store was out of everything two weeks before their end of season. Seems to cater more toward locals who come for the weekend fishing. OK for a night or two on the road.

Date of Stay:

CG is immaculate. Owners on site and very attentive. Good spot for a stopover. Beware that if you are planning on sleeping with windows open I-74 is less than 300 feet away. Truck traffic is unending. With A/C on, not much of a problem. With current drought, great care is taken with the grass and the CG is better looking as a result.

Date of Stay:

CG is a mixture of short term and long term sites. Some sites are very spacious and quiet. Ours wasn't! We ended up about 6 feet from the neighbors on each side and behind us. Felt like we were in a parking lot. Staff was very friendly and well organized. CG is very clean. About 1/2 mile or so to Storyland, so lots of kids around, mostly well behaved.

Date of Stay:

This CG is massive. Mostly seasonal campers. Pull through sites are available but in direct sun. Unless you are using it as a destination (resort) it's not for the casual weekend or road traveler. Lots of golf carts zipping about at high speeds. Pricey at $53. for 2 adults.
