This is a lovely, shady RV park located just off Highway 12 in Isleton. Each of the sites is surrounded by lots of lawn and mature trees. Bathrooms are absolutely immaculate and the clubhouse has wonderful kitchen facilities, a big screen TV and a pool table. There is a large grassy area for volley ball, a fenced swimming pool and a large BBQ area. Management is incredibly responsive to any requests; they bend over backwards to make sure your stay is enjoyable. If you're looking for a quiet park, adjacent to great fishing, crickets chirping and coyotes yipping at night, this is the park for you!

This is an immaculate, new park located just off I-5 in Lodi. Our site was pristine, with plenty of concrete for level parking and lovely landscaping throughout the establishment. Bathrooms were immaculate, and the swimming pool area was perfect for adults and children a like. The only drawback was the park's proximity to the interstate freeway. There is quite a bit of noise at night. However, this same location lends itself to having numerous small restaurants and shops within walking distance - a great advantage to those of us who don't always have a tow vehicle.

This is a rural RV park, surrounded by a small but fun golf course. Our site was marginal - uneven terrain, lots of dirt and an immature shade tree which interfered with our awning. We asked the park manager to have maintenance trim a low-hanging branch from the tree so that we could open our awning and although she promised to send someone over, nobody ever showed up over the four days we spent at the park. Additionally, our group had exclusive use of the clubhouse and although cooking facilities in the clubhouse were acceptable, security was absent. All of our food was stolen from the locked clubhouse on the third night and management's reaction was "ho-hum."
