Montebello Camping & Fishing Resort, Montebello, Virginia

Date of Stay: October, 2007 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

We were there during the week in October so we had the campground to ourselves and had the lake front site, it was very peaceful and scenic. The views were wonderful. It was hard to get around the pull through sites though, there were some that were very narrow. We camped at Montebello Camping & Fishing Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Smith Mountain Lake State Park, Huddleston, Virginia

Date of Stay: October, 2007 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice clean park. We had a pull through site that was relatively level, and plenty of room for our truck to park, as well as additional vehicles if necessary. No problem getting the slide out or the awning. The camp area backed to the woods and you didn't see your neighbors campsites, however the site is backward so your awning and doors are on the opposite side of your campfire/picnic table. We are already planning to come back again next year. We camped at Smith Mountain Lake State Park in a Travel Trailer.
