West Glacier KOA, West Glacier, Montana

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $75.00
Overall Rating:

Like all KOA it's over priced that being said the campground is beautiful. Awesome view very well landscaped. For the price you would think they would have cable. We camped at West Glacier KOA in a Motorhome.

Flagstaff KOA, Flagstaff, Arizona

Date of Stay: June, 2014 - $52.00

Packed on top of each other with trees so close it's nearly impossible to get in and out with 40ft RV. Typical KOA sights tooclose and over priced. We camped at Flagstaff KOA in a Motorhome.

Nice park lots of shade problem is getting a spot. They are a first come first served park. It's kind of out of the way to get there and nothing avialable. We camped at Panther Creek State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Twin Ponds, Flat Rock, North Carolina

Date of Stay: June, 2009
Overall Rating:

We were told we didn't need reservations to stay. That should have told me something along with no campground reviews. It looks like a run down trailer park, very old and run down. The spot we were taken to had a tree half way out in the drive so I would have to jackknife trailer into the space. The web site only shows pictures of pool and game room. There is a reason for this. We were glad we didn't leave a deposit so we did a drive through and left. We would not recommend to anyone. Woodall rated 3/2 I think that was generous. WE DID NOT STAY. We camped at Twin Ponds in a Fifth Wheel.

Lakewood RV Resort (55+ park), Flat Rock, North Carolina

Date of Stay: June, 2009 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Nice campground, clean facilities a little overpriced. The main thing I found was if they wanted it to be a adult only campground they should just make it one. I camped here with my grandson it cost $5 per day per child. No one under 16 can use pool tables, shuffle board and ect. The only thing they can do is swim. If they don't want kids they should just say so. Did not feel welcome with children. Will not stay here again We camped at Lakewood RV Resort (55+ park) in a Fifth Wheel.
