Riverbend Campground, Noblesville, Indiana

Date of Stay: October, 2007 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

Site was nice. Hookups were fine. Check in was very friendly. Condition is run down with a lot of permanent residents who did not do any upkeep on their sites. Potholes on all roads were horrible and you could not drive around them as there were too many. Would not return due to condition of access roads We camped at Riverbend Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Park is fairly close to I-65. Road to campground somewhat hilly. Campground is big rig friendly with paved roads and long pull throughs. Staff friendly. Good overnight stay. I would camp here again. We camped at Cullman Campground in a Motorhome.

Owners very friendly. Raining when we arrived, and the owner came out and told us to go ahead to our site and come back when the rain stop. Big pull through sites. easy to maneuver around the campground. easy access from I-65. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Singing Hills RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Chicago Northwest KOA, Union, Illinois

Date of Stay: October, 2007 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

This was our second time at this park. We were here the week before they closed for the season. The owners were cordial. The pull through sites are very close together. The campground is clean and nice and quiet. They ask you to deposit 10.00 for a passcard for the gate, which you get back when you leave. This campground is nice and just what you need when traveling, just not overly friendly IMO. We camped at Chicago Northwest KOA in a Fifth Wheel.
