T. O. Fuller State Park, Memphis, Tennessee

Date of Stay: October, 2007 - $17.00
Overall Rating:

This is a wonderful place to stay away from the commercial area of town. It is a quiet, clean and friendly camp. The hosts were wonderful, very helpful and caring, especially when tornado warnings were threatening. The sites are nicely treed offering some privacy. This park is a 10 minute drive from Graceland and under 30 minutes to downtown Memphis, making it a great spot to camp while touring the city. We camped at T. O. Fuller State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Hershey Conewago Campground, Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: August, 2007 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

Reservations made 2 months ahead for a travel trailer size site meant nothing. We were located on a tent site and after considerable discussion with an unfriendly employee we ended up with a very narrow, sloping site on the busy corner of a main camp road. Most sites are narrow, with very few trees for shade except around the perimeter of the fence. Washrooms were not cleaned frequently enough considering the place was packed. We camped at Hershey Conewago Campground in a Travel Trailer.
