Pacific Motel and RV Park, Westport, Washington

Date of Stay: September, 2017 - $17.00
Overall Rating:

Have been staying here for a month and think this park is the best one in Westport. Some of the spots are not level, but with some work on your part, it's fine. Great free Wi-fi, great 50 amp and sewer will need a long hose to reach as it is in the back of the site. Owners are very nice. Didn't use the pool but other people did during our stay and seemed to enjoy it. Close to downtown also. Our satellite worked fine in our site. Will stay here again when in the area. We camped at Pacific Motel and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Liked the Mexican food place and the Islander. The Islander has a Bloody Mary for $10 that they call a meal in itself! Has all sorts of garnish that will fill you up! Great! The winery is about 7 miles down the hwy towards Aberdeen and has good food also. All in all a town that we want to come back to.

American Sunset RV & Tent Resort, Westport, Washington

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

Staying here for a month because it's the best park in Westport. Very nice people in the office with happy volunteers on the outside. Hookups to rear of site with no problems there. Grass site that has been mowed so no weeds to contend with. Will stay here again when in the area, no problem. We camped at American Sunset RV & Tent Resort in a Motorhome.

Forks 101 RV Park, Forks, Washington

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Staying here for a couple of nights passing thru. As previously stated, Ace and grocery store across the road. We had a site in the back (all grass) and it was about 60 feet long and maybe 20 feet wide. Our site had a ground problem on the 50 amp side so we used the 30 amp plugin. Lady in office offered to move us, but with mild weather, we elected to stay on our site. As previously noted, kids across the gravel street in the mobile homes used the empty sites a couple of sites away to play in and ride their bikes all thru the sites. Mobile homes are in bad shape, so the quality of people there can't be the best. Liked the site we were in and if in the area again, would stay there, if the kids were corralled. We camped at Forks 101 RV Park in a Motorhome.

Puyallup Fair Grounds, Puyallup, Washington

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Staying here for 4 nights. Lady host is very friendly and helps you find your spot. Sites are on grass and when it rains, your jacks will sink in unless you put pads under them. Lady says in the winter time, she has to wear boots everyday as water is several inches deep in the sites. They are backin sites with the hookups behind your rig. We had to use 3 sewer hoses to reach from the middle of our mh to the back of the site. Electric and water are back there also. Our cats loved being on the grass and the lady host has quite a few cats that wander around that she nurtures from the pound. Want a kitty? She a quite a few for you to look at! Take one home. Will stay here again when passing thru as is close to hwy 167 and on to hwy 5. We camped at Puyallup Fair Grounds in a Motorhome.

Franklin County RV Park at TRAC, Pasco, Washington

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

We have stayed here once before when passing thru this area. It's still the same--i.e. well kept up,grass mowed, etc. Good water pressure and no problem electric for our 50 amp service. Be prepared to back in to your spot and the person behind you will also have to back in. They now have a lot of long termers, but that seems to be the way of the future. Will stay here again when passing thru. We camped at Franklin County RV Park at TRAC in a Motorhome.

Granite Lake Premier RV Resort, Clarkston, Washington

Date of Stay: April, 2017 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

The nightly rate posted is because we paid $425 for the month. Come here for the last 3 years and it always looks good. New manager who is very nice to talk to. Full hookups, no problem with fairly fast WiFi if too many people aren't on it (Free). Depending on your site, you have a good view of the Snake River. Will stay here again next year. Best place in town. We camped at Granite Lake Premier RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Wildhorse Resort and Casino RV Park, Pendleton, Oregon

Date of Stay: April, 2017 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Have stayed here before and it hasn't changed. Sites are 60 feet long which is good, but our site had cigarette butts and popcycle sticks on it. Electricity was good, so was water. My gripe was with the sewer hookup. It's on the far back of the site and fine for a trailer, but our motorhome used 3 sewer hoses and still didn't reach. Went to office to see if they sold hoses, but didn't. Nice lady there told me to find and empty site then dump. I didn't do that. Backed my mh with toad attached till I could reach the sewer connection which left my toad most of the way out on the road. Had to dump, then pull back onto the site. Office lady said this was common. Have a trailer? No problem. Have a big mh and be prepared to connect lots of hoses! We camped at Wildhorse Resort and Casino RV Park in a Motorhome.

Eugene Kamping World RV Park, Coburg, Oregon

Date of Stay: April, 2017 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

Staying here for a couple of nights to get work done next week. Our pullthru site requires us removing our tow car and backing out of site. Old park and it shows. Lots of long term campers with stuff crammed under their rigs. Mold on several rvs. Management doesn't seem to care. Took 3 hoses to get to dump hole. Wifi cuts you off most of the time. Had to use our Verizon to get email. Ok, for a short stay, but not for us long term. Also screaming kids running thru your site as well. We camped at Eugene Kamping World RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stayed here for one night. Stayed here when going south last fall also. As previously noted, sites are long enough for your mh and toad. Fine elect and water pressure. Dump required 2 hoses to reach. Would stay here again if passing thru. We camped at Yreka RV Park in a Motorhome.

Beatty RV Park, Beatty, Nevada

Date of Stay: April, 2017 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here for an overnight when passing thru. Basic dirt site, but clean. Windy this day, but no problems in the park. Only used the power, but it was very good. Lady in office very nice and parked us. Would stay here again when passing thru. Would have given a higher rating but as previously noted, right alongside Hwy 95 and lots of trucks zooming by. Didn't use any bathrooms or laundry so can't comment on them. We camped at Beatty RV Park in a Motorhome.

Shady Lane RV Camp, Barstow, California

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $35.00

Our GPS took us right here. We have the Rand McNalley one and it was right on.

Nice people to deal with.

Led us to our site which was close to another one but no problem getting in our site. Took our 40ft mh and connected toad no problem.

Dirt but clean.

Low rent neighborhood so wife didn't walk around here.

Would stay here again when passing through.

Oh, make a reservation if staying here. We did and good thing we did as it was full by 9PM. We camped at Shady Lane RV Camp in a Motorhome.

Highlands RV Park, Bishop, California

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Staying here overnight while headed south.
Had a pullthru that was long enough for our 40 ft mh and connected toad.
Had to move to another site as our satellite dish wouldn't work on this site.
Site was clean with hookups centered for the site.
Tar and cement for site so setting up was good.
Would stay here again when passing thru. We camped at Highlands RV Park in a Motorhome.

Susanville RV Park, Susanville, California

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here for one night passing thru south.
Had a pullthru that was long enough for our 40 mh and connected toad.
Hookups are in the back which was fine except for the sewer.
Had to put two hoses together to reach the dump point.
Some sites still have broken cement on the sites.
Stayed here two years ago and it is ok.
Office tells us, gets windy, so watch your awnings.
Have a tree by our site but doesn't block the satellite signal.
Have free WiFi by Tengo, so you know it's going to be slow.
Will stay here again when passing thru. We camped at Susanville RV Park in a Motorhome.

First time staying here overnight on our way south.
Got a pullthru that was long enough for our 40ft and toad so didn't have to disconnect.
As mentioned, gravel sites with the next site about 12 feet away.
Had a tree by our site to shield some of the sun.
No problems getting into the site or leaving.
Just off hwy 5 up the east hill and see the sign on the right.
Would stay here again when passing thru. We camped at Yreka RV Park in a Motorhome.

Bandon RV Park, Bandon, Oregon

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

Second year staying here while passing thru.

Price reflects our 2 week stay.

Managers in office are the best!! Friendly and helpful.

Downside are the sites. If you have slides and the person next door has slides, there will be maybe one foot between you.

Almost no room to park your car in front of your site without hitting the person's car next door.

Suggest you look at Google Earth for this park and see what I mean.

I think we have a foot front and rear of our car before hitting the other person's bumper!

Rigs in the center have a tough time getting into their sites.

Only good thing about this park it is not that long walk to the waterfront.

Don't think we will be back. We camped at Bandon RV Park in a Motorhome.
