We were here in the very hot hot day of July 31st 2014. The motor home cabin air conditioner could barely keep up cooling the interior. I would not recommend coming here in the hot summer months. There is no free Wi-Fi at the park...it costs $8.99 a day for Internet. However, the nearby Outlet Center Mall has free Wi-Fi and Starbucks at the Aquarius Casino has free Wi-Fi. Not happy to have to pay so high of a price for Internet! The RV park is located very conveniently to the Riverside Casino and the Outlet Mall. I have no issue with the park, it has all the amenities of a good park, minus the Wi-Fi, one of the few parks I have visited that charge so much for Internet service. The office staff are friendly and even offer advice on how to get free Internet at the other locations I mentioned. I like this park in the Spring and Fall, when the weather is more mild and less extreme.

Had lakeside site, great view of the lake. Friendly professional check-in lady at the Casino Hotel Lobby registration desk. There are no sewer hookups, only a dump station which they call a "Pump Out" station. There are only 50 amp connections available, so if you only have a 30 amp hook up, bring along an adapter in order to hook up to the 50 amp service connector. There is no Wi-Fi available to the RV sites, but there is free Wi-Fi at the nearby hotel where we checked in. There is no cable TV or over-the-air television service. Hotel has two restaurant's. One restaurant has the option of a buffet or individual ordered meals. We would camp here again.

There are permanent residents, but never felt unsafe, this is the working section of town, but every one friendly and working for a living. You drive through a Mexican portion of the town to get to the park. Not a big deal for us, it felt like any other town with lots of business and bakeries and restaurants. This park is very close to the Historic section of Dodge City. The lake is dried up, so don't count on seeing a lake. I liked the RV park because of its very close proximity to downtown Dodge City. Our motor home was not towing a car, and when I asked the lady at the office for recommendations to nearby restaurants she offered us the camp ground van for us to drive to the restaurants'. Now, that is a great service. Office staff was very friendly, and would remind us every time I went into the office about the free coffee was available for me. Office lady also told us to feel free to get change at the office for the laundry facilities. Laundry room had an iron to use. Wife said laundry room had three washers and two dryers. I would stay there again, when visiting the Dodge City Historic area.

Beautiful setting of rolling hills and forest nearby. Sites are large, but not level. Great open feeling, just being there. Well stocked store, with microwave for heating snacks and hot dogs. Male at front office was nice, had good business attitude, and courteous. Called me Sir. Stayed only one night, would stay again, if given a chance to travel through there. This RV park gives you a feeling of great openness,

We got there at 8 PM, office was closed, but the assistant manager saw us drive up and went to greet us. He told us to pick a site and settle up in the morning at the office. He was very helpful an friendly. Our $15 price reflects our Passport America discount. Laundry room is modern and immaculately clean. Has over 6 dryers and over 6 washers. Men's and Lady's bathrooms with shower are immaculately clean and in very good shape. There is free coffee at the clubhouse. Club house has television set, sofa and seats for relaxing. Free billiard table, puzzle games available with reading books. Tables for card playing or eating. Lady at check in desk very friendly. It was a delight meeting the lady manager and assistant manager. Outside the clubhouse is an outdoor roofed area with a Bar B Que. We were there in the summer heat passing through and decided to stay two nights to relax. Felt very safe, there were no derelict rigs from permanent residents. The park looks very well kept up. We will come back again. The free Wi-Fi was available about 90 % of the time. Good signal when available. Nice décor around the park with tractors and hay bails placed around the park with scattered fire rings and seating. The restaurant next door at the front is not part of the park, and has been closed for about two years now. There are no benches and there is no swimming pool. The special summer rate was $150 for the month, generally it is $200 a month. I gave it an 8 because of how immaculately clean all the public facilities were and how well kept up the park looked. I complimented the manager on my way out.

Was there July 4th week. RV park office is at Willow Tree Motel, friendly staff. Anthony from Motel Office called me when my show tickets arrived. RV park is smallish but nice. Small swimming pool, but very clean, share it with the Motel guests. Lots of discounts available to shows at brochure center at Motel breeze way. Wife and I checked out the bathrooms, showers, laundry room. All were clean and usable. You have a short walk to restaurants "Golden Corral" and "Red Lobster". Have to walk a busy highway at cross walk to get to the Imax Theater and other restaurants. We did not have a toad and used "Ride-A-WayZ" shuttle who charges 20 bucks round trip to take you to a show and pickup and gives you exact pick up time. Taxi would be cheaper, but they do not give a pick up time. Only have a few theaters within walking distance. So you need a car to drive to them, some do not have RV parking. The RV park fee includes a free breakfast, two different cereals, donuts, coffee, toasts, muffins, and attendant to assist. Not a bad deal. I would use this park again.

Great place to stay. Has shortcut to cross into the parking lot instead of going all the way to the street to get to the Graceland entertainment complex to purchase tour tickets. Friendly RV guest check in, lots of security, as we entered RV park driveway, security guard meets you at guard shack, records license plate number then you can proceed. RV park is right behind the Heartbreak Hotel. Restaurant at hotel opens at 3pm, great place to have a beer and food and watch free Elvis Presley DVD recorded concerts. Hotel also has a gift shop, if you do not want to go to the main entertainment center. RV park sites are grave with side grass and plenty wide. The RV Park office also has a good gift shop. Rear of Park has a forest type area for walking and picnics. Each site had a table and benches. Would definitely come here again. My wife was delighted.

Rate reflects discount for Passport America for 1st night, and a free night for the summer special if you stay 3 nights. Place is immaculate. A bit noisy because it is almost under the interstate 10 freeway. The tour buses stop at the RV Park Office for pick up of your tour and drop you off there, too. You can walk to the French Quarter, but in the hot weather and high humidity, it is not recommended, but can be done. It is safe in the daytime to walk around the area. On the way back from the French Quarter, the RV park personnel will pick you up at 501 Basin Street, Visitor Center so you will not have to walk back through the alley in the heat. Good service. It is in a great location, very close to the French Quarter. When we got tired of walking in the heat, we ordered a taxi, to take us to the French Quarter and also to bring us back. Cost each way was 8 bucks, with the tip, it cost 10 bucks, well worth it. Small clean pool.

Great safe, clean and friendly place for overnight. Couple at office very friendly. Place very clean. I was quoted $28, but when I got there they asked if I was a Auto Club triple A member,( yes ) then reduced it to $26. Has small area at office for watching TV and you can sit on the couch, a place to relax. I will use this RV park again. There are a lot of RV parks next to this one, similar on each side in Deming. I will pick this one next time I stop in Deming..

It is OK for an overnight stay. Has basic cable, water, sewer, 30 amp only electric. Gravel sites, fairly level. Lots of permanent residents, few visitor open sites. No Wi-Fi. Was quoted $28 but the young man at the office said it was $30, so I took it anyway. Staff is friendly at office, they helped me find the place, after Google map got me to the wrong place in town. I would use the place again, for an overnight safe place.

Very clean park. Parking sites are all concrete very large pads for the RV's. Grass which is trimmed and very green. No tables and benches for the regular sites. Other sites do have a table and benches, but it is extra. Check-in office staff are young people, but were friendly and helpful. Two years ago, the young kids at the check-in office seemed not to care about giving good service. Today, it is different; they all offer to assist you. Sewers are locked up, and then unlocked after they inspect your sewer hose and drainage fitting. Free shuttle service to the casino and back. Just call for pick-up to your space. I've been here in a motor home twice, obviously enjoyed the RV park, and continue to come back. Casino has expensive, good buffet and high end restaurants and some regular priced restaurants and regular priced food court. Something for everyone. Swimming pool is on the smaller side, but very clean. Price reflects my Passport America rate, which is good only Sunday to Thursday. Casino is huge and has lots of entertainment and games of chance. You will need 10 dollars cash, for a refundable deposit for the swimming pool access card. Wi-Fi worked well with my external antenna.

One the most beautiful rv parks in California. View of the Klamath river winding is fantastic. Price includes the Wifi charges for RPI membership and river frontage space. Landscaping is beautiful. Bathroom - showers immaculately clean. I had external wifi antenna and was able to receive 100% signal strength from both park routers. You can walk to the rivers edge. It is surrounded by a forest. I will come back here. Small clubhouse with tv, puzzles and library. Friendly staff. Very clean laundry facilities. Every thing is so green, compared to the Southern California RV parks.

The free Wi-Fi worked perfectly, signal strength of 100% with my external G-Sky antenna. I was in spaces 51-52, one street across the office. It is not a fancy RV park, but great for staying overnight. Office lady was friendly. Across the street are McDonalds and In-N-Out. If you like 'burgers' you are in hog heaven. The sites in front are short type, but a 24' motor home like mine fit just fine. I was assigned two RV spaces, but, I only needed one. The bigger rigs who get also the front two sites, park on the diagonal, in order to fit, which makes it difficult for them to reach the sewer, electric, water utilities. But, I simply pulled up next to the utilities. I would come here again, specially in the summer, because it is so hot in this area, you will need air conditioning to sleep comfortably in the evening. I have no complaints about using this RV park for over night stays. Pea Anderson Soup restaurant is a walk from this park, over several blocks in length and going over the 1-5 freeway. It is doable, but you have to put on your 'walking shoes.'

It is hot in the summer there. If the wind blows from the dairy, the flies from the dairy mob the place. If the wind blows toward the dairy, there are no flies. That is a negative, the other negative is the adult only clubhouse is rather old, but maintained well. Now as to all the positives..friendly staff, great week end activities for kids and adults. Two separate swimming pools, one for families and the other for adults-only. Good exercise-gym separate building for adults. Four pool billiard tables at adult lodge with free Wi-Fi. Good TV room with comfortable seats for adults. We played for hours with the jig-saw puzzles at the adult lodge. Family lodge has a part time restaurant. Good activities for the kids. The ducks, cranes, geese and other birds are fun to feed and watch at the canals. Even the fish come up the canal to be fed. The Country store is very well stocked for RV'ers. We enjoy going there are relaxing and enjoying the activities. You can not beat the kids train ride and hay ride for only 25 cents, on week-ends. It just that those darn flies, get in the way. Our nightly rate of 10 bucks is cause of being RPI members.

Paid $15 per night on Passport America, clean pool, pool bathrooms each have a shower. Laundry costs $ 1.25 to use. Regular bathrooms are by the office, have three showers each, very clean. Friendly staff. Free morning coffee at office. Free Wi-Fi. There are two free Wi-Fi transmitting locations, office staff will direct you to the best spots for best Wi-Fi reception. Office has some RV repair items. Propane truck comes by once a week or you can get propane down the street, about half a mile away. There are motel rooms available on site. Motel guests were not a problem with us. Every thing was kept up well. Jack-in-Box fast food next door. Across the street lots of restaurants, Little Cesar Pizza, and small stores. RV park has lake shore frontage. We are repeat users of this RV park.
