Good quality interior gravel roads, level grass and gravel campsites. Lots of trees. The recent heavy rains knocked out the sewer (septic system) due to high water table. Working on solutions. WIFI slow. Convenient to I-65 but away from traffic noise. Very nice folks.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. Good: Centrally located for many historical and family activities. Asphalt roads. Grass. Wood decks. Good Wi-Fi and cable. Sewer is well set. Shade. Bad: One water and electric pod per four units.Water and electric may be on the wrong side of the rig. sites are very tight-folks just walk through your campsite! Ugly: Reservations made 2 months ahead-34 foot class A, 50 amp site. Arrived and paid for 3 weeks-no itemized bill. Pleasant site-hooked up to 50 amp. 15 DAYS later we were told we had not paid for 50 amp. At the desk and the owner was clearly angry with us. We said we made these reservations well in advance and would be happy to pay the difference if there was an error when we checked in-she behaved as though we were thieves. She began to wave a white card and said "all the information was put down on this card and there was no mention of 50 amp and I took the reservation"-I looked at the card and she had written "24 foot RV"--I mentioned there were clearly errors on this card-she started to escalate and become loud-denying she had made an error-we stayed calm-I said, "What can we do to make this right?--she told us she had no 50 amp sites available and we had to take 30 amps for the remainder of our stay or leave and she would give us a refund (even though there was a huge sign behind the desk stating "Absolutely No Refunds"). It was late in the day-we chose to take 30 amps for the night and leave in the morning. She figured out what we owed, subtracted the remainder of our stay-refunded it to our card-and that was that. She never once apologized for the inconvenience or the errors. She was rude and extremely confrontational. I believe she knew she was wrong and that's why we were offered a refund! In the 15 years we have RV'd (all over North America) we have never come across a situation like this or been treated in this manner. We would NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!

Date of Stay:

Gravel interior roads and almost level gravel sites, picnic tables on concrete deck. Very pretty treed setting, pond, walking path. Easy on and off the highway-highway noise would be a problem if you are up front. Easy commute to historic sites. Nice folks. Very spotty wifi. Seems spendy, even for a KOA.

Date of Stay:

Gravel interior roads with some minor potholes, level concrete pads, picnic tables. Beautiful view of Mississippi river on river side of levee. Lots of grass and trees. Walking path along the levee. Good wifi. Only campground we have ever stayed where folks walk right through your campground. Easy commute to Natchez and surrounding sites.

Wonderful campground-grass and trees, level paved streets and sites. Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Many sites are quite small and close to neighbors. Good free WiFi by Tengointernet. Close (3mi) to downtown and the Alamo on a bus route, easy to get to all the historical sites. Be sure to use their directions to get to the park and avoid downtown.

Very nice campground right off the main drag. Level sites, paved streets, good wifi, very little noise, pleasant staff. Hiking trail with good birding right in park. Not far from the reservoir. Had a dinner with live music and dancing one night, Very nicely done. Del Rio is an interesting town with lots of historic sites and a couple vineyards.

Date of Stay:

Well kept park, no shade, gravel level sites with concrete patio, wonderful Wi-Fi, very nice staff, resort setting, pool, fitness room and extensive library. Not crowded this time of year. Would stay again.
