Gravel interior roads and almost level gravel sites, picnic tables on concrete deck. Very pretty treed setting, pond, walking path. Easy on and off the highway-highway noise would be a problem if you are up front. Easy commute to historic sites. Nice folks. Very spotty wifi. Seems spendy, even for a KOA.

Date of Stay:

Gravel interior roads with some minor potholes, level concrete pads, picnic tables. Beautiful view of Mississippi river on river side of levee. Lots of grass and trees. Walking path along the levee. Good wifi. Only campground we have ever stayed where folks walk right through your campground. Easy commute to Natchez and surrounding sites.

Paved interior roads and site pads. Picnic tables. Good wifi. Breakfast at clubhouse. Easy on and off the highway. Nice folks. We have stayed here before and always have a good experience.

Wonderful campground-grass and trees, level paved streets and sites. Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Many sites are quite small and close to neighbors. Good free WiFi by Tengointernet. Close (3mi) to downtown and the Alamo on a bus route, easy to get to all the historical sites. Be sure to use their directions to get to the park and avoid downtown.

Very nice campground right off the main drag. Level sites, paved streets, good wifi, very little noise, pleasant staff. Hiking trail with good birding right in park. Not far from the reservoir. Had a dinner with live music and dancing one night, Very nicely done. Del Rio is an interesting town with lots of historic sites and a couple vineyards.

Date of Stay:

Well kept park, no shade, gravel level sites with concrete patio, wonderful Wi-Fi, very nice staff, resort setting, pool, fitness room and extensive library. Not crowded this time of year. Would stay again.

Quiet, 5 miles outside of Needles in the desert, well kept, nice folks, level sites, good for an overnight, good Wi-Fi. Would stay again.

Easy on and off the highway, nice folks, small park, shade trees, no Wi-Fi. Good for an overnight. Would stay again.

Beautiful park, shade trees, on a creek, easy on and off, good Wi-Fi, good roads, nice folks, a little road noise, but not too bad. Would stay again.

This is our home park. Green, quiet, close to the beach, good roads, level sites, well kept. Only complaint is Wi-Fi--mediocre at best. We stayed in a motorhome.

Nice people, easy on and off 101, paved roads, grassy sites: a little tight, but not bad. No phone: WiFi was sporadic for the first couple days, but they got it fixed and it worked pretty well (could be slow) for $2 a day. Right on the River, a beautiful setting, not far from the ocean. We would stay here again.

Date of Stay:

Nice wide level spaces. Beautiful little park--well run, nice folks. Convenient to Lassen NP. Wi-Fi is Tengonet and overpriced at $10 per day. There is free Wi-Fi at Library 5 miles down the road. No ATT phone service. Laundry could be larger. It is used by guests and staff when changing over cabins. Would stay here again.

Rate reflects RPI member. Interior asphalt roads with unlevel sites--only 30 amp available. No phone, newspaper, TV is tough to get, WiFi at the club house extremely slow--very isolated spot. Very pretty area--Close to Yosemite NP. That would be the only reason to stay here again.

Date of Stay:

Rate reflects RPI $10/night. Sewer only in a few sites, honey wagon twice a week for $15 a hit. 50 amp $5 a day. WiFi worked sporadically. Interior gravel and asphalt roads with some ugly potholes and tight turns but passable. Very small gravel sites. Steep grades to get from the nearest towns to the campground. There is a small store, post office and some restaurants close by. Location on the American river is picturesque and good for tubing or rafting. Bathrooms clean and adequate. Very close to Sutter's Mill and an hour from Lake Tahoe. Typical "resort park". Very pretty, but not convenient to anything. Would not stay here again.

Date of Stay:

Nice, grassy, wide even spaces, pleasant folks, close to Kings Canyon and Sequoia Parks. If staying longer than overnight, try to get a space on the interior of the park. Spaces next to the road noisy and seem wide open to the neighborhood. Good WiFi, interior roads asphalt, concrete pads at sites. Would stay again.
