Level rock sites sites and interior roads. Good WiFi and cable. Absolutely no shade. Some pull through, most sites back in. Nice laundry. Hookups at rear of site, need long sewer hose. Nice management. Stayed a month-would stay again.

Level grass sites with level well maintained gravel pads and roads. Good WiFi and cable, clean laundry. Park boarders the Little River across a large grass field. Some sites have shade. They have a very noisy rooster!! The new owners are pleasant and helpful. Stayed a month-would stay again.

We had a nice shaded lot under oak treas on a pond. Large gravel lots, with gravel interior roads- surrounded by grass. Has no bath house-you must be self contained. No WiFi or cable. Close to all shopping and amenities. We stayed in a motor home for a month. Will stay here again.

Gravel interior with a wicked angled speed bump-watch your cabinets-they will fly open!! Large beautiful, spacious and shaded site with lounge chairs and grill. Good cable but WiFi is a bit slow. We stayed one night in a motor home-would stay again.

Nice staff. Spacious, shaded grass premium sites with picnic table, good WIFI, cable has limited channels. On the Guadalupe River. Large property with walking paths good birding. Concrete interior roads. Excellent tamales can be ordered at office. Quiet.

Paved interior roads and sites. Small pads and small sites with grass and picnic table, 40 ft motor home barely fits on the pad with a car. Very quiet except for railroad noise--clean, well run park. New sites opening up this spring--appear to be bigger. Shopping close by-coast 30 miles--lots of Texas history in the area. Good wifi and cable.

We stayed in Sycamore loop, the 50 amp sites. Road noise minimum. Paved interior roads and sites. Covered picnic table. Water and Electric on passenger side of rig, but easy to plug in. Very close to the Guadalupe River. Easy 5 mile drive to I10. We stayed in a motor home. No WIFI or cable.

Good quality gravel interior roads and sites. Sites grassy and close together, trees-clean, well kept park. Staff and owners easy to work with, flexible and very helpful. Good wifi. Easy on and off tollway-close to Chicago. Were here for a month-would stay again.

Delightful campground, good dirt/gravel interior roads and level sites in the woods. Clean laundry in good working order. Wifi works sometimes.

Well maintained asphalt and gravel interior roads and pad sites. Lots of green space. Good wifi through third party. Week-ends get very busy. At least 15 miles away from tourist sites. Nice pool and activities for children.
