In addition to way above average facilities, there are no hidden fees in the advertised price. The manager went out of his way to be helpful. We left a set of keys on the picnic table at our site and he packaged them up and held them for pickup by a shipping company. The dog park was a nice addition and park access is easy in and out. We will stay there again.

Super clean, great friendly reception, clean dog park, playground. 15 paved sites, 40 pull throughs, 13 back in, 13 "Overnight Express" (in after 6PM out by 9AM) $25 but Passport American rate of $21.25 was better. Handicap accessible cabins, game room, complimentary continental breakfast. We wish more parks were like this one.

New park, wonderful, Texas friendly welcome from receptionist (shook hands and volunteered her name), on the Texas Plains Trail with some unbelievable sights including the Palo Duro and Tule Canyons (2nd largest). Wide sites (50'), 36 pull throughs with full hookups. Park models, fully stocked including condiments (!), DirecTV, linens, etc. Being the only place for miles we were very happy with the reception here, the sites are level and huge, perfect for our big rig.

The advertised rate is for a spot only: full hookups and 50amps are each extra charges. The cable TV is still extremely poor quality and they still push the restaurant big time. As previously noted: it is an older facility and the sites are level gravel with easy access to I-40. The "Pet Walk" area is a serious hazard. It is unlevel with chunks of concrete, holes and weeds 3' high. Why the sign is placed in that spot is a mystery as there are apparent trails nearby: if you like looking out for snakes and other critters as you walk. OK for an overnight stop but we would check out the other parks in town before paying $33 here again.

Owners were really great. They accommodated us even though they were full with a rally and we showed up with no reservation. Level graded roads although the entrance is a sharp turn and quickly heads down a hill. Only complaint was really due to the weather - lots of rain meant lots of mud. They have a mild drainage problem but nothing we couldn't handle. Overall a bright spot on a rainy day.

Paved entry, level gravel roads and sites, very friendly reception - owner came around several times to check on everyone. For being so close to the highway it was very quiet and even though it was behind the Flying J we never heard a thing. A great place for a stop over. Sites are long and big rig capable but not generously wide. Well maintained, clean, friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

A bit pricey but these folks obviously love their campground/property/business. We have seldom seen the level of manicured landscaping present here. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the site was level, clean and more than adequate. Too bad we only stayed one night.

This park is an older park and is showing its age, for example the tables are old and have been painted several times, some are in bad repair, grass is mostly weeds, etc. 30A was highest offered electric in spite of claims of 50A which was promised when our reservation was taken. Some pull-thru sites had standing water and were blocked from use. Worst problem was mosquitos!! The perimeter of the campground has standing water almost everywhere and is ideal breeding for these insects and they are voracious and numerous 24 hours a day. The local radio stations also warn of West Nile Virus being present in the mosquito population of the Badlands. The "petting zoo" consisted of a bison/buffalo, horse and steer behind a poorly maintained wire fence. Our reservation was not honored as when taken, the sites are marginal, the environment is hostile and we would not stay here again.

Wonderful. We stayed over two months visiting family; everyone was friendly, everything worked or was fixed nearly immediately. We've been RVing over 30 years and this is one of, if not the best park in this size range we have stayed at. If they had WiFi and more paved roads I'd give it a 10.
