Nice sized sites wind through the forest. Loop configuration so you don't get that parking lot feeling. Didn't give a 9 or 10 since the water heater for our bathroom was down for the first 5 days of our stay. I understand it has been down for over a month.

Date of Stay:

We come here 2-4 times each winter for a couple weeks at a time. 50 amp side seems to be pretty solid for power, then again it is pretty full during Dec-Feb when air isn't needed much. Once the temps start climbing the place empties out a lot. Limited shade from Palms but they do help. If park is more empty than full and winds come the sand will be an issue. Park is close to everything, including freeway! Rate reflects member.

Nice little park right off the 101, was afraid it might be noisy, but actually pretty quiet. You are just a 1/2 mile or so up the river from the ocean. River was calm and very relaxing to sit on the deck. They have with a fire going. Will stay here if passing through again. Price was with Good Sam or AAA.

Date of Stay:

Rate reflects monthly rate which includes cable, water and sewer. Electricity is billed separately. The park is a very nicely kept park with concrete pads that are quite level and sites up where we are decent size, not huge but comfortable. Grass at almost all sites and all is constantly maintained. The bathrooms are spotless and everything works perfectly. What the park isn't is a destination park with "stuff" to do, no playground or swimming pool or spa. It is a well kept park close in for visiting the greater Portland/Beaverton area. Especially at the monthly rate it is a good value. We will most likely stay here again when visiting our daughter and granddaughter.

The 50 amp pull through sites are a good size with dividers and plantings between sites. Plantings are young but a decent size. These sites are undergoing upgrades to the landscaping. They have a concrete patio and table and chairs also. If you like deer you will love these sites as a large herd of deer including at least one buck lives in the fields next door. The people here are very friendly and while there are several long term units they are kept up and no "stuff" piled around as so often happens. We will stay here if in the area again.

Wow what a rate for full hookups including cable! Off season and GS discount. Now downside not much in the way of landscaping, not uncommon in the high plains, the clubhouse and bathrooms were closed for the season along with the pool. Casino is nice and the buffet isn't bad either. We will stay here again when in the area.

Gravel sites good size and level. Close to freeway but not noisy. We would stay here again if in the area.

Date of Stay:

All gravel sites with alternating sites so drivers sides face each other and utilities in-between. On the opposite side bushes and screens separating sites. Sites pretty level a good size. It is a comfortable fit with slides on both sides of our rig. Dog run was one of the best we have seen. They have a board in the office/store with coupons for many local businesses, including a winery and pizzeria almost next door. Short walk for some good to great wines and very nice prices. Wine tasting is free and the pizza was great also. We will stay here again when in the area.

All dirt sites, Huge, especially the back in sites across the back. Downside to these sites is the neighborhood behind with barking dogs at times. Older park that they are doing upgrades on will have to see how they go. Quite a few long term residents, but the sites were generally kept up so the trashy look we are all used to wasn't there. We would stay again if in the area.

Gravel sites that are almost as large as those in state parks but more level and grass at all sites. One neat thing was nose in parking so you can take advantage of the view out over the lake from our windshields. Sewer is set on both sides so trailers can back in. There is a big hill in the middle of park covered in trees which, at his time of year, have turned and made for wonderful leaf peeping. Normal parks would have flattened the hill and put a bunch of pull throughs in to ruin the beautiful setting. We would stay here again.

Very nice park with paved sites full hookups, and nice landscaping. Not as noisy as we expected being that it's next to the interstate, Quieted down nicely at night. Very close to the city zoo and the Cowboy National Museum. We would stay here again. Rate reflects Good Sam discount.

All gravel sites but pretty level. We had to pay attention to keep from over doing it with the jacks. Pool is closed during this time of year. Very interesting store and wonderful people working here. We would stay again.

As previous poster stated very nice park and great people work here! Paved pull through sites that are pretty level. The downside is the all hours trains. So if train noise bothers you don't stay. If train noise isn't big deal you will love it here. We were able to sleep fine, but just falling asleep was sometimes slow due to the trains.

We picked the park for how close it is to the Honda Center, walking distance, since my wife was here for the Women of Faith conference. It proved to be a great choice, clean, friendly staff and reasonable size sites. Remember we are in the big city so you are not going to be spreadout, but compared to several others in the area this is much better. Our motorhome is 36' and has 2 slides. While price may seem a little steep you have to remember this is a tourist area. Our rate reflects having 1 dog with us and an AAA 10% discount.

Date of Stay:

As far as environment typical TTN/NACO; this is not a resort. Think of it as more like a state or county campground where the sites are spreadout more and the natural fauna is left in place. Lots of wildlife in the campground, kit foxes, deer and some of the largest crows I have ever seen. Staff was frindly and everything worked while we were there. Wi-Fi is at the lodge only. We were in section D and my Sprint aircard and AT&T cell worked from the campsite.
