Windsor Place Estates, Athens, Texas

Date of Stay: February, 2011 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Very unique park. All lots are covered with a huge aluminum covering and each lot has a two car garage with an attached room with washer/dryer hookups. Lots are 44x60 and fenced with a solid aluminum fence. Each lot has a backyard and the streets are 50 feet wide. Very nice managers and residents. We camped at Windsor Place Estates in a Motorhome.

Voyager Resort & RV Park (55+ park), Tucson, Arizona

Date of Stay: January, 2010 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

The park is very overrated and expensive. Additional fees for everything. The pull throughs may be 100 feet long, but they are so narrow, your awning will hit your neighbor. The rule book was 34 pages long. You can not participate in any of the activities since they are sold out a year in advance. The park is not secure in that they let anyone come in for the restaurant, gift shop, and when the vendors come in. Also, the guard at the gate is gone after 9pm so there is no security at night. Wi-Fi only available at the restaurant which is bad at best. We camped at Voyager Resort & RV Park (55+ park) in a Motorhome.
