Lakeside Casino & RV Park , Pahrump, Nevada

Date of Stay: September, 2017 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

We've stayed here many times over the years and loved it but this time we're disappointed. The park is clearly not being maintained like it used to be. The trees need to be cut back as they're hanging down into the interior roads and sites. The staff while friendly at check in was annoyed when I went back in to ask for someone to come cut the trees back so I can get in the assigned site. She wrote down a half dozen site numbers and I was told to go pick out the site I want. One we were all set up everything went smooth. All told we will probably stay here again. We camped at Lakeside Casino & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Springville/Provo KOA , Springville, Utah

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Overall this was an ok park. The interior roads are somewhat narrow and the sites are close together but I had no trouble getting into or out of our site. The park was kept clean and tidy. Good power and water hookups. We would probably stay there again. We camped at Springville/Provo KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Cedar City KOA, Cedar City, Utah

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $49.00
Overall Rating:

Narrow interior roads that are in disrepair. Our site was long enough for our 40 ft fiver but very oddly shaped and not level either front to back or side to side. The trees are hanging low in spots both in some sites and on the roads. NO WHERE NEAR worth the $49 per night. We will look for another campground next time. We camped at Cedar City KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

I believe this is only the second 10 I've ever given to any RV park. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The park was beautifully maintained. The interior roads were nice and wide, the sites were long, wide and level. The hookups worked great. The park was very quiet at night. We definitely will return. We camped at Carlsbad KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Bar S RV Park, Milan, New Mexico

Date of Stay: September, 2012 - $17.00
Overall Rating:

This park is just OK for an overnight stop. The staff was friendly enough, our site was plenty long and wide, and the hookups worked fine. The price was fantastic. However, there was a lot of noise from the trains that ran all through the night. We probably will look for another park next time. We camped at Bar S RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

Nice park on the southern edge of Moab. Friendly and efficient staff. Camp host will show you to your site. Plenty of room to maneuver the interior roads. Shade trees to help beat the heat. Our site was level long and wide. Next time we're visiting Moab and the national parks in the area we will absolutely stay here again. We camped at Spanish Trail RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Sundance RV Park, Cortez, Colorado

Date of Stay: June, 2012 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

We really enjoyed our stay at this park. Check in was friendly and quick. The sites were long and very wide, but a little out of level. All utilities worked great. I'd give them a 9 except the interior road is rough and needs repaving. All told we would stay there again. We camped at Sundance RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice park. Very friendly owners and staff. Site was level, hookups worked fine. I want to rate this park higher, but without any cable TV or hot tub the $36 rate seemed high. We camped at Alamosa KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Grand Canyon Railway RV Park, Williams, Arizona

Date of Stay: May, 2012 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

We've stayed at this park numerous times over the years and once again it delivers. Long and wide sites, hookups work great, great office staff. It's true that a train comes by in the morning but it never seems to bother us. Twenty dollars was the Passport America rate. It doesn't show in the PA directory but since they were previously CampClub I asked, and was pleasantly surprised when I was told yes. We camped at Grand Canyon Railway RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Lakeside Casino & RV Park , Pahrump, Nevada

Date of Stay: April, 2012 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

We've stayed at this park numerous times and it's always delivered. We had a back in premium site on the lake this time and at the Passport America rate it was well worth it. Our site #116 was plenty long and wide and at the end of the row we only had a neighbor on 1 side. This park is very quiet and we didn't notice any road noise at night. We will definitely stay there again. We camped at Lakeside Casino & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
