Cedarbrook RV Park & Campgrounds, Mulberry Grove, Illinois

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

Short term sites are very close! We had to be careful opening our slide without bumping into our neighbors awning! Our end site was bearly long enough to accommodate us. It was quiet allowing for a good nights sleep. Very tight turns but doable if you swing wide as the signs state. Verizon and Direct were good. We camped at Cedarbrook RV Park & Campgrounds in a Motorhome.

Lynnville Park Campground, Lynnville, Indiana

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

With a motor home towing, we were allowed to use a double site so we didn't have to unhook. The site was so level we didn't need levelers at all! The host was extremely helpful. The park was quiet and clean (it was a week day). Would definitely stay here again! We camped at Lynnville Park Campground in a Motorhome.

Lakeside Casino Resort RV Park, Osceola, Iowa

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

They are upgrading many sites. So there is some construction. Easy access to I35. We had great cable. We parked on a level concrete site. There is grass between most sites and small trees. They do offer service to and from the casino. We will definitely stay here again. We camped at Lakeside Casino Resort RV Park in a Motorhome.

Camp America Campground, Salem, South Dakota

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

Easy on and off I-90, only 1.5 miles off. Office made check in easy and quick. Site was large and level. The park is very clean and well maintained. Only reason for the 9 was the odor from the "water shed lagoon". Verizon service, along with Direct tv was very good. There is some local traffic noise which usually subsides in the evening. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. We camped at Camp America Campground in a Motorhome.

Famil-E-Fun Campground and RV Park, Mitchell, South Dakota

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

The owners have owned this campground for years. They are friendly and made check in so easy. We were escorted to our site which was plenty long enough for a 40 motor home towing. Site is packed gravel with hookups easily placed. Green grass and many shade trees, but we could get satellite. Plenty of room to walk the dogs. We will definitely return when we are in this area. We camped at Famil-E-Fun Campground and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Belvidere East / Exit 170 KOA, Midland, South Dakota

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

We were escorted to our level concrete site. There is a great dog park here which our 2 dogs really enjoyed. The park is so manicured and the owners are friendly and welcoming. There is also a wonderful restaurant here run by the owners. Think Indian Taco! Cool fresh country air! We camped at Belvidere East / Exit 170 KOA in a Motorhome.

Cabela's RV Park & Campground, Sidney, Nebraska

Date of Stay: June, 2016 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Full hook ups right next to Cabela's main store. Excellent cable, good Verizon service. Very clean park. During a tornado watch, a Cabela's person came knocking on every door to make sure we all knew where the safe places are located. Also made sure we all knew the code for the secure restrooms. Our site wasn't totally level, but it worked and was near the restrooms. The only drawback, which is no big deal, is you have to go to the main store to register. We camped at Cabela's RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Sites are close, but on packed gravel. Site was so level we did not need to use our levelers! Very clean. Many big trees but our site allowed Direct TV access. Hook ups easily accessible. Excellent Verizon service and very good cable. Would stay here again for an overnight stay. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Very friendly and helpful owner. Roads quite dusty due to lack of rain. Excellent restaurant on site! Good Verizon service. Hook ups well placed once you got over the railroad tie for the sewer. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. We camped at High Plains Camping in a Motorhome.

Collingsworth County Pioneer's Park, Wellington, Texas

Date of Stay: June, 2016 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

It's only a 9 because of low branches, if they were trimmed it would be a 10+! Large level site with massive shade trees! Our $15 rate was due to needing 50 amps (30 amps is only $10). No cell phone service but "off the grid" was peaceful. Great place to walk dogs. Would definitely stay here again! We camped at Collingsworth County Pioneer's Park in a Motorhome.

Colorado Landing, La Grange, Texas

Date of Stay: June, 2016 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

This park is very clean and very well maintained. The office personal were extremely helpful as we needed to extend our stay several times. It is a quiet, peaceful park with deer visiting frequently. We used the pool once and found it very clean and refreshing (in the Texas heat). Will definitely stay here again. We camped at Colorado Landing in a Motorhome.

La Grange is a great small Texas town. Many good places to eat including a Mexican restaurant less than 1/4 mile away. Walmart and HEB are close by. Local ER is 3 miles away and well staffed. Austin is only 1 hour away!

High Plains Camping, Oakley, Kansas

Date of Stay: April, 2012 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

They have only owned this park since last December and are doing great things. Cable should be up and running by now. The plans for this park are incredible, i.e. the pool, a pizza shop, and a storm shelter. The owners know what makes an RV park work and are working overtime! There are many stickers when walking your dog, but the owners are even trying to get rid of them. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at High Plains Camping in a Motorhome.
