I can't say enough about this place. The workers are very friendly and helpful especially in the camp store. The golf cart parade happens everynight and fireworks on the beach everynight. Everything is kept neat and clean. We were told the only time they run out of golf carts is in July. We love it here and hope to go back in a couple of years

We camped here for 5 days on our way back from Ocean Lakes RV resort in SC. We loved this place. We were on Juniper 6 which is close to the pool. We did not find it loud at all. They have limited # of golf carts which they need to update. That is the only bad thing I can say about this place. The sites are huge. The super sites are nice, but very narrow and exposed. I wouldn't recommend spending the money. Everything was neat and clean from the campsite to the pools to the ice cream shop to the grounds. We loved it here. The water park was fantastic. My brother in law liked fishing off the docks. The kids loved this place too, We had kids ages from 12-22. Some of the people in the store and running the golf carts seemed to be moody. I only met one lovely lady when registering.

We liked it here very much. They even blow the dirt off the streets. Site are large and level. We had a stream behind us which was very nice. We walked around to see if there was another area we would like to be in, but we think we had the best site in the place. Activites going on all the time. They don't bother you about your fire. Pool area was really nice. Piped in music in all the out buildings including the bathrooms. We will return.

This very pretty campground has large, grassy sites. It's very clean. Owners are very nice and helpful. I thought we booked full hook ups, but apparently we didn't. They worked with us to get pumped out everyday and they gave us 1 pump out free. Everyone in our party liked this place. Pool was nice, clean. We didn't use the other amenities. We especially liked that they didn't bother you about how late we stayed up and we could keep our fire going past midnight. We enjoyed it here.

We came here for Labor Day. It is mostly seasonal, and a small campground. When I saw how small and how many seasonals, about 99%, I thought we were in trouble. But I was wrong. The people were all very nice and helpful. The way the sites are set up you can be awning to awning with your friends. We had 3 trailers together and we were in a circle all together awning to awning. We loved it. They don't bother you about anything. They don't make you put your fire out at 11pm. They have a lot of activities going on. Talent contest, DJ, bingo, kids might be bored but the adults had plenty to do. The campsites and campground was very clean and the seasonal sites were kept up very nice. Beautiful lake. Paddle boat, and canoe rentals. The only thing is they offer WiFi but we couldn't get it, all the codes were taken up. They said the office where they get the codes from closed early because of the hurricane. We did get a lot of rain on Friday and winds on Saturday and Sunday. Overall we liked it so much that we booked it for next year. I only gave it a 6 because it was a small campground and no pool. The store is very limited too. We went to another campground down the road and used their store. Kings campground store didn't have propane cylinders, or holding tank chemicals? What camp store doesn't carry that stuff? We went to the Woodstock fair and other friends found hiking trails near by.

We came here for a weekend. We had a site on the brook side. The sites were very nice, good size and level. Water on both sides. We went for a walk and there were a lot more sites up the hill, a bit more rustic but beautiful. The back of the fire pit was made from the natural rock emerging from the mountain. It was beautiful. The pool was small and the store was small. The people were very friendly. I don't remember WiFi or cable TV.

We spent a week here in August. I love this place. I only gave it a 9 because they didn't have internet access from your campsite. I had to go to the store or the pool. We were on site 262. I found this place clean, campsite level, nice store, mostly paved roads. People were very friendly, 3 playgrounds, 2 pools cabins looked nice. The laundry room was fine, it needed a deep cleaning. They have a trolley that will take you to Lake George or to Saratoga, we never used it we preferred to drive, you have to sign up for the trolley in the morning if you want to go to either of these places. The number of people who can use the trolley is limited they only have 1 trolley for the size of the campground. We never used it so I can't say much about it, only that I did see the trolley at the campground alot. They had some activities on the weekends: Movie night on Thursday, Bingo on Sunday and Friday. We don't have kids but I did see some activities going on for them. We were here for the horse races it would have been nice to have racing programs available at the store. We went to Saratoga Springs for dinner one night, beautiful town, restaurants, shops, street musicians. I found a racing program at the Border's. We'll be going back next year bringing family, they can rent the cabins and we'll be in our trailer.

I gave this campground an 8 because of our site. We we're on C7: small site, no privacy. Almost all the roads were paved. My sister had a very nice site in the E section. She was supposed to be across from us but she didn't pay in time. If we were together maybe the privacy issue wouldn't have bothered me so much. They have big and small sites, alot of seasonals but everyone is very helpful and friendly. It has everything you would want: lake, pool, huge store, restaurant, trolley rides in the campground, entertainment. They keep the place clean, seasonal sites are clean and very well kept. A lot of places to go to the ocean: we found that Stone Harbor was the best. It had a bath house and showers. Wildwood ocean was huge but I wouldn't want to lug my stuff to the ocean front and back which was about a 1/2 mile. They did have a nice board walk to walk on to get to the water, but it just seems it would be a bother. We had a good time and we would return.

We spent 4th of July here. This campground has all the amenities we look for: pool, lake, snack shack, good store, nice playground, level sites, entertainment and activities for the kids. I liked this place. The owners are very nice and the owners' kids were very nice. Very professional. They care about the campground. Alot of seasonals, they didn't bother us. They didn't bother you about your fire which is huge for us. We ran out of propane, they delivered it within 20 minutes. The only thing I would say, is I wished the roads were paved. They are dirt and it causes alot of dust, although they sprayed them with water every now and then. It was hot so it dried up quickly. It was a minor thing. This campground is an hour 15 minutes away from our homw. We would go back.

We spent Father's day weekend here. We like it. It was a quiet campground. A lot of seasonals but they were very nice. The park is well kept, the plantings were very nice. This is a very clean park. The pool is built in, the whole length was 3 ft deep. They had large wooded sites. The safari field, called snobs hill, was lined with trees but the inside of the safari field was a huge grassy lawn, 3 rows of campers with a communal fire ring for each row. I'm glad we did not camp there. Bingo on Friday night $10.00 games special was $20 and coverall was $30.00. It was a hot weekend and the pool didn't feel that crowded, although they supplied lounge chairs I brought my own. It ever one was at the pool at the same time I don't know that everyone could fit their chairs. Pool was very clean. Sat. night they had Texas hold-em. I brought my projector and we had movie night. They didn't bother you about putting your fires out. I like that. I'm an adult and I don't have to be told when to go to bed like other campgrounds. The store is very skimpy, no milk or eggs here. Some household goods, pool toys and ice cream bars. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall we liked this campground. It's only an hour from us so it makes for a good weekend trip.

The office area looks very nice. but when we continued onto our campsite I thought oh no... It looked very messy. They needed to weed wacky. I think new owners they've had it for a year. They were working on the pools this weekend. The kiddy pool finally opened on Sunday. The big pools was getting all new pipes. There are a lot of seasonals and it's more of a party campground. I thought I was going to mind that but it didn't bother us at all. The seasonals and everyone at the campground were very very nice. They didn't bother you about putting your fire out at a certain time and the staff was very helpful with everything. Be aware that you will need extra extension and hose for reach your hookups. They supplied these for us but for people who came in later I don't think they had enough extensions for everyone. Overall this campground was OK. It needs work. I'd like to see it 5 yrs from now.

All I can say is DON"T GO HERE! We stayed here in 2002 or 2003 We usually camp in trailers but this time my sister didn't have her trailer so we decided to rent cabins. All the negative reviews are correct. The owners do not care about this campground. Do not believe the brochure at all. The cabins were disgusting, never cleaned and trash under the bed. Spider and cobwebs everywhere. It took me 2 hours with a broom to get this place somewhat usable. My husband fixed a window that was broke. The lodge was disgusting also, there were dead bugs in the window sill and the furniture they must have picked up from the side of the road. Save your money and go somewhere else. The only good thing was the lake was beautiful.

LOVE, Love, Love this place. I can't say anything bad. Love it!!!! Going back in 2011. We were in section 2000: has nice wide cement pads. Everything about this place is done very professional. Fireworks at night on the beach, sometimes I watched them from my camper. Has a store, laundry facility, restaurant, fantastic. I can't say enough about this place.

I agree with all the previous post. Very nice campground. Clean a lot of activities for the kids. Movie night in the ball field. Near to many beaches. Large level sites. The only bad thing was the Green heads but your going to run into them on the east coast in the months of July and August.

We camped here years ago when the new owners took over. They were just building the store. Not a lot to do here. I remember the sites were nice, level and wooded. we have never been back, more places to see. Looking at their website 50% no refund ever if you cancel for any reason seems to be a bit unreasonable. My Husband liked it, it was very relaxing for him. There is a man made pond. I didn't go in it, it was very inviting. I don't think we will be back here. The bathroom is the talk of the town. They are very clean and nice.
