Cowtown RV Park, Aledo, Texas

Date of Stay: January, 2008 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Easy to get in & out of. Spaces aren't very roomy, but do have cement pad to park on & a picnic table in the grass. Parking close to the Interstate is a little noisy. Nice clean, safe place to stay. Would definitely stay again & reccomend to anyone. We camped at Cowtown RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

#1 RV Park of Tyler, Tyler, Texas

Clean site but very small. Couldn't ever open an awning & sit out - not enough room. They are members of Passport America. We camped at #1 RV Park of Tyler in a Fifth Wheel.

Buck Creek RV Park, Abilene, Texas

Date of Stay: January, 2008 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Nice place & easy to get in and out of. The newer sites have crushed asphalt which needs to be packed, the older ones have caliche. Walking around on the crushed asphalt gets black rocks in your shoes. I would reccommend the older as not to track in the black tar covered rocks in. Overall a very clean place with friendly owner. We just pulled in late & out early the next morning, but wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. We camped at Buck Creek RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Do not remember the exact rate, but they are members of Passport America. Nice, safe place to stay. Big sites, plenty of room to put the awning out and sit. Would stay there again. We camped at Mission RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
