They clam its a resort. I'm still can't figure out why. If was 8 or younger it might be. The pool has all kinds of water features for small children which is one of the nice things about the campground. It opens at 11 am and closes at 7 pm. Get their early if you want to sit in the sun. They have a snack bar next to the pool just don't expect to get anything from it its never open. They also have a beautiful Lodge, again don't expect to go their unless you want to play bingo once a week or do some adult craft once a week because it to is never open. They have boat rentals which are charged by the hour and which I found to be quite pricey. The lake is a good size and the fishing was good. Activities were far and few between. Camper and my truck were covered with pine pitch after one week. While dumping my tanks I was 1/2 way thru the black tank when it started perk up thru the ground. Which made for a very unpleasant departure. Would I ever go back their, Nope.

This is a great campground if you are looking to relax and enjoy some excellant views. While they're still upgradeing some buildings the sites are level and most if not all apprear to have full hookups. Marina is nice. I rented a small boat at a local propiortor to take the kids fishing and when they had enough I called my wife and she met me at the dock and I droped the kids off and took her for a ride in the boat. Will be going back again.

Was not impressed. Can you say swamp. Our site was what you may consider water front, swamp to the left in back and on the right. Before I could unhook my rig my wife was getting eaten alive by bugs. Pools were nice, mini golf in disrepair and rental bikes were in need of help. Don't think we'll be going back.

As others have stated the trees could use some trimming. Pool was nice had adult swim 2 times a day. Very quite during the week. The weekend the campground started to fill up but was still very quite. Fishing was ok the kids got to catch some fish. There are two ponds some with waterfront sites. Overall a nice campground.

Must be under new managment because this campground has definitely dropped a few points from our last visit in 2004. Dirty facilities. Campground needs some TLC staff could use a few lessons also.

Great place to stop for overnight. Clean with friendly staff that take you to your site and help you get situated. Sites are level and grounds are kept clean. Easy on and off I95.

This was our second year camping here. Had a group of pop-ups behind us that were dumping their grey water on the ground. Complained to managment and they did nothing. Beach was great. Campground itself was ok lots of traffic from speeding golf carts, scooters and vehicles. Facilties could be cleaner.
