Very nice, clean CG with friendly staff. Great gift shop and laundry facilities. Sites level gravel. Not a great area of town but we felt safe in the fenced in area. Ate at a wonderful steakhouse just a mile down the road. The Winchester Steak House. We would camp here again. We camped at Indian Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

RV park very quiet as we were one of two RV's this night. Park okay. Lots of train traffic. Park currently for sale. Could be very nice attraction. Decorated in old-west theme. Would probably stay here again. We camped at Old West RV Park in a Motorhome.

Sea Ranch RV Park & Stables, Cannon Beach, Oregon

Date of Stay: September, 2008 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

The RV park was close to Cannon beach but was not worth the money we paid. A new sauna/massage building in the works. Water pressure too high to use, even with a regulator. Hosts not very helpful. We were told the campground was full so we had to pay for full hook-up even though we only needed 30 amp E. When we got there, we found out that the campground was not full; in fact, we were only one of 3 RV's in the park. They had already charged our VISA. Would not stay here again if only on the principal. We camped at Sea Ranch RV Park & Stables in a Motorhome.

We love this park!!! You can tell that the owners love it too! Lots of beautiful flowers, lush grass, level gravel pads. Spotless showers/restrooms. Lots of shade. Stayed here two times on our trip and would certainly stay here again. Some noise from the highway but negligible in our hard-side. We camped at Jim & Mary's RV Park in a Motorhome.

Moraine View State Park, Le Roy, Illinois

Date of Stay: September, 2008 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

We arrived late on a rainy evening. There are no pull-throughs, however, since the park wasn't full, they were able to provide an area that worked as if it were a pull-through. The hosts were very nice. Many mature trees but not much privacy between campers. We would camp here again. We camped at Moraine View State Park in a Motorhome.

Shawnee State Park, Portsmouth, Ohio

Date of Stay: October, 2007 - $22.00

A friendly family atmosphere. Sites are black topped pads. It is a very hilly park but easy to maneuver. There is lots of shade. Warm, clean restrooms and shower houses. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are lots of family activities by park staff. There is a Lodge nearby and good fishing. We are definitely going there again. We camped at Shawnee State Park in a Motorhome.
