A last minute overnight stay, turned out to be a rewarding and enjoyable night for us. We found the campground to be very clean, extremely quite and very dark at night. Friendly neighbors with several full-timers, but all in all, a very clean place. All gravel spaces, but level and plenty of space between each other. We didn't even unhook the trailer and had plenty of room. No cable, but come on, you're camping! We found a new location to camp at, and next time spend some quality time to explore. Oh yeah: the staff was great and very helpful with directions and check-in. We will be back again.

We stayed here during Thanksgiving with family and 5 RV's all together. A very nice RV resort which is exceptionally clean, with plenty of grass and shaded trees. Beautiful grounds and pleasant staff. We didn't check Wi-fi, but cable worked great with numerous channels. The only negatives were no picnic tables and absolutely no fires, otherwise it was an enjoyable stay. We will be there again next year.

A beautiful park in the cool mountain "fresh" air, with plenty of pine trees. There are nice cement roads and level sites. The Rangers were great and very helpful, along with all the site hosts. Everything was very clean, and all sites are cleaned and prepped prior to a new tenant. The lake is a decent size with limited boat horsepower, and new fishing docks made this trip an awesome experience. There are no reservations, it is first come only. And watch out for the skunks!

I wish I could say this CG was terrible, and then have it all to myself, but I won't. Probably one of the nicest parks we have been to. The Rangers were great, as well as the hosts, especially in the Mallard Loop. We didn't use the shower/bathroom 'suites', but I did see that they were spotless. Sites varies in size, but the one we had fit our TV/Fiver and boat, with room for visitors. We did have a double site and shared with some great neighbors, with still enough privacy to spare. VERY clean park and close to the lake. Up in the mountains with pine trees and some unexpected guests (skunks), very quiet and friendly atmosphere. Open year round and a great place to get out of the Valley heat.

Very clean and spacious park, out in the middle of the desert between Kartchner Caverns State Park (A must see) and Tombstone. Very quiet and dark at night. Nice to see the stars out. Staff was very pleasant to deal with, which is a huge plus to us. The only negative I found was the extra charge for power ($7 for 3 nights in winter-Expect to double that during summer heat) and parties with more that two people (plus tax on each person!!). Will stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, very close to downtown Sedona. The staff was great, very few people but all friendly. Grounds were clean and spaces were wide and easy to park, with plenty of room for the slides. Hiking trails, shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. A couple long term residence in the park, but no big deal. Returning back in April.

Park conditions same as previously described. Good location, clean and friendly staff. Noisy at night with freeway 101 traffic. Located close to a river bottom which is known for transients to live and frequent the park. Our neighbors had their bikes stolen so lock everything up at night and when away. A lot of people walking around late at night, unknown if residents, or people looking for stuff to steal. High crime-rate area, as confirmed by Ventura PD, so be carefull. Only negative (besides theft) is their prices, which have gone up to $66 in summer ($77 Holiday) with no cable TV. We will not stay here again due to thefts and the high cost.
