We liked this park. Stayed a week and got one day free. Cable is an extra $1.50 per day. Wi-Fi reception is good near the front of the park but we lost our connection numerous times during the week. The owner's son was on site frequently and very nice and helpful. We never talked with the owner himself. The sites are not large but we had enough room for our 35' 5th wheel. Very convenient location for all activities in the area. The front of the park is much more visually appealing than the back. If you stay request a site there. There were too many trees to use our rooftop satellite dish. We would stay again.

Operated in conjunction with a motel located next door. Narrow sites. Railroad very close. We had no water when we arrived but fortunately it was restored in a few hours. The water connection was under water when we left due to the location in a hole in the ground and rain causing no choice but to contaminate our water hose. Very dirty campground. Not a pleasant stay and would not do it again. Restrooms and shower located in the motel beside the pool - adequate at best.

Very small sites, close together and over priced for what you get unless Passport America discount is available. PA is available most of the time but not always depending on local events and the local high season. Management was pleasant. Would definitely stay again with PA discount and probably even without the discount as many area parks are very expensive. All utilities worked well. Dusty. It was over crowded with ATVs while we were there this time. Some sites have good views. This was our 2nd stay at this park.

We stayed a week at $127.69 including cable and wifi which is by far the best rate in the area. The sites are large and spacious although somewhat unlevel. Wifi was strong - the closer that you are to the hotel the better for the wifi. The utilities were good quality. We did not use the pool or sauna. Nice quite park. We did not use the casino as we were visiting family in nearby Cortez. We will definitely stay here again.

OK park but only for quick overnight. We did not have sewer hookups available and the sites near us did not either. There may have been sewer in another section that looked like it was fully occupied with full time residents. We had a small pull through site but it was adequate. VERY close to the interstate which made it VERY convenient. We thought it might be noisy but it wasn't bad.

We stayed for a month at $350. The woman at the hotel desk (same management) wanted to charge us a higher rate but she checked with someone (not sure it was the manager) who said if that was what we were quoted then that is what we should be charged. The manager is a ghost. Poor maintenance in the park is true as previously noted. We were told that we could have mail delivered at the Park but learned that the manager never checks his PO box at the post office. Even the post office was aware of this. We used general delivery instead which worked perfectly. We endured a water outage of several hours and had to get the Park's router reset in order to use their internet service. We chose the location because of its proximity to Rexburg for shopping and other conveniences (about 30 miles) and to Yellowstone (55 miles). There is a very nice small grocery and several restaurants in Ashton.

Great park! Only complaint is the frequent and loud train traffic from tracks close by, but it is fascinating if you enjoy trains as we do because the track is on a steep curve going into the Missouri valley area. We stayed a week at the discounted rate of $190. We had no problem with Verizon reception unlike what others reported. We requested and got a site with a clear view of the sky for our roof top internet satellite.

The park is old and has small sites for the most part. Most importantly for us, we had a significant problem with the site electricity while we were there. We had requested a month reservation at $350 which is far cheaper than anything in the area so we stayed. But we probably wouldn't do it again. Our EMS (electrical management system) constantly dropped our electric feed due to power spikes (over 135 volts) in our section of the park. Thankfully the EMS did it's job so we lost none of our electronics. They had us on a circuit that was literally strung across a road in the park between trees with 4 other sites on the same circuit. After two weeks (and a lot of complaining) they replaced the electric feed with code. They had a phone number posted to call the owners about any issues that you might have - they didn't return the call. On the good side, the long term residents that we met were all nice and friendly and they have a nice outdoor propane grill for customer use.

This is a very nice, clean park with wide and long pull through spaces in the center of the park and back-ins along the perimeter. We were here only one night but wished we were in the area longer to take advantage of it. It is in town but not noisy. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed 2 weeks at the PA discounted rate ($220.32 including tax) making our stay very affordable. Very clean in all aspects. There are a lot of long term residents, they are no problem. There is a lot of noise in the area as the park is near a busy street and just behind a busy airport. I was awakened early many days. Spaces are narrow, but long for short term customers. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed two months at their discounted monthly rate of $630. Very expensive, but they are the only full service RV park in the area. The pull thru spaces all alternate directions so all utilities are only in every other space which is fine but causes you to have to share awning space with your neighbor. And every time you open your door you are in your neighbors face. The weather didn't cooperate with us for our hiking plans. We had light snow a couple of days and frequent rain our first 30 days. Don't stay in this area and plan to hike before the middle of June. Fuel and grocery prices in the area are high.

This is probably the nicest campgrounds we've stayed at. Rate is PPA. We stayed a month at $335 plus best $.08/kw electric rate we've seen in 2 years. There is one train on Wednesdays around noon time each week. Hiking is wonderful at nearby Silver Falls State Park. Very, very clean. The back part of the park is fine - we were parked there with pleasant neighbors. Management was very nice and helpful. There were semi-regular park hosted events while we were there. There is an on-site coffee shop.

We stayed here a couple of months while we volunteered at the nearby Battery Point Lighthouse. The sites are very narrow. We had numerous occasions when water was not available. There seemed to be construction in the area that we think was causing the problem. Most sites are shaded giving us trouble getting a site with a view for our roof top satellite dish. The park is very quiet. Others' comments were appreciated by us as well. Great hiking in the area.

A huge gravel parking lot, sites are level, different rates for 30-amp or 50-amp, no shade. The rate shown is for 30 amp. All long pull-through sites with full hook-ups. There is good security on site. It is quiet at night. This is a great location for exploring San Francisco; it is probably the best campground value in the area. There is a sizable hump to cross as you enter the campground. It is not a problem but you must take it very slowly. The easiest access to the campground is via Linwood Ave to reach the back side of the fairgrounds. I would definitely stay here again.

There is a very run down feel to this park. It seems to be mostly populated with long term residents in mostly older RVs. They seem to be working on the park but the park is either in decline or trying to make a come back. I cannot say which. They offer a honey wagon Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Power was low voltage. It got down to 108 volts at least once a day while we there and shut down our electrical system. I would not stay there again.
