This is an absolutely perfect resort. The amenties are outstanding, the entire place is maintained very nicely. We stayed here over the 4th of July weekend, and found nothing to complain about. The park was completly full and we were able to sleep without bother in our tent, all the sites are clean with gravel and close hook ups. Weather staying in a tent or camper, everyone was treated the same, restrooms were checked/cleaned twice daily. Plenty to do with children my kids loved it. We found no issue with the road (mentioned in some reviews) which goes through the park, not alot of traffic and everyone is very alert of the resort activities and people crossing the road.

Stopped in just for an overnight after a long day of travel. The host were friendly and helpful, guided me to my site by golf cart. I was giving a long pull thru all the way in the back site was fine fairly level. The restrooms/showers were small but very clean. The roads thru the park are narrow and have a lot of trees close to the edge be careful after dark. The Wi-Fi works well all the way in the back, as stated by others road noise could be a problem, but that's the price you have to pay for the convince of being close to the interstate, i would recommend this place for overnight stays.

We camped here for three months while on a project, found the to be very nice and peaceful. It was always clean, the people at check in were not very friendly. The bath house near the back that has the washers and dryers is the nicest, it has been recently remodeled. They are nice site with plenty of shade and most are pretty level.

We camped here from June to November 07 while in Amarillo for work with my family, wife and two daughters. We were one of the first guest, saw Chris and Thomas always trying to make adjustments to make things better for the overnighters and full timers. Park was always kept clean, very nice bathhouses, clubhouse has a lot of potential, somethings were not complete while we were there, but we could see the potential. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to other. One note don't plan on putting out the awning the only bad thing is the wind it is terrible, we lost a slide awning to the Amarillo wind and tie down anything left outside. Thanks guys

We camped here for a couple weeks while on a project and found the park to be very nice, level lots near shopping. The only bad thing is too close to the airport you here planes taking off all the time.
