This was a very nice RV park, Well laid out and clean. The restrooms were very clean, don't know how the showers were we didn't use them. Cable worked good, We didn't use the Wi-Fi so can't comment on this, Cell phone was weak (AT&T) The staff was friendly and helpful. We were escorted to our site being we were a late arrival and it was dark when we arrived. Our site was fairly level with plenty of room for our slides and awning. Water pressure was very good although make sure you use a pressure regulator on your water hook up. All sites in our loop had small decks on them, Not sure what there purpose was being there was nothing on them. Lots of other campers had there tents on them. We just gathered on it with our chairs and enjoyed the sunshine. There are plenty of activities for the kids and adults, Group camp fires, live band on Saturday night, cook outs this was really nice. It is a bite of walk to the beach about a half mile or so but the beach is very clean with hardly anyone on it. No dogs are allowed on the beach this was a bummer for our dogs because they love running on the beach. No fire pits are on any of the site, But if you have your own fire pit you can have a camp fire at night as long as you keep your fire pit on the pavement only. They are not allowed on the grass although there wasn't much of what I would call grass on the sites. It was some what dead grass as if they quit watering it. We will be staying here in again in October for the Pumpkin Festival in Half Moon Bay.

This is a very nice RV park resort, The office staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant attached to the office / store. The food was very good as we did eat there after we got our rig parked and all hooked up. The park is very hilly and some RV pads are not very level. We were in site OL14 in the Orca Loop which is on a hill side over looking the lower RV sites and it had a very nice view. Our site had a cute little wood deck with a picnic table on it that extended out over hill side. A lot of the upper RV sites have these wood decks. Our site pad was fairly level and clean. They have Wi-Fi but it was only available within the office or restaurant. The restroom I used was not very clean considering this park is well kept. There are a lot of permanent cabins that you can rent or purchase. There is also a culvert like tunnel that goes under the highway to access the beach, but we were told you would get wet walking through the tunnel, So we chose to drive down to the beach instead. The beach parking area had restrooms and picnic tables and was nice with lots of beach area to relax on. We would stay here again when in the area.

This is a very clean and shady RV park along the Rogue River. The staff is very friendly and accommodated us for two nights on a weekend with no reservations. They help guide us into our site. Our site was level and clean with lawn all around all the sites. River front sites have a beautiful view of the river, There is a small beach like area along the shore of the river to swim, fish or just lay out and enjoy the scenery. We just happen to stumble upon this RV park on our way to Newport as we were having a problem with our tow vehicle and had to take it to a local dealership for repairs on Monday morning. The repair shop said our truck would be ready between 1:00 and 2:00 pm. We told the office staff we would be a late check out until our truck was done, They had no problem with our late check out. Well we didn't pull out of this park until 5:00 pm, We went to the office to pay for the extra time we were there and the office staff refused to take our money, They said just come back and visit us again. We will indeed make this a stop anytime we are in the area.

This is a nice RV park, We were in site B2 which was a nice site, Paved and fairly level side to side had to raise the nose of our rig a bit to get level. The hook ups were in a very weird location compared to any other RV park I've been to, They were all behind our RV, I had to connect two water hoses together to reach the hook ups and had to connect three 10' sewer hoses together to reach the sewer connection. The post that secures the power box was rotted away and falling over, This didn't seem very safe to me. Our site had no fire pit so if you want a camp fire better bring your fire pit, We had ours and glad we did as the weather was not the best, But it could have been worse. The restrooms were kept clean as they were cleaned twice a day. It was a short walk to the office from our site, but a nice walk along the lake which has picnic tables and BBQ pits and a nice beach to relax at or swim. The office is like a old western town setting. Lots to do horse shoes, 2 pool tables, soft ball field and etc. There is also little restaurant and Ice cream store. I would camp here again.

This is a very nice park with all the amenities right there. The personal staff was very friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi worked great. Our site was all gravel but level. The beach is just a few minutes walk across the street or if you have a 4x4 as we do, you can drive your vehicle right down onto the beach as we did to let our two dogs play. We had a pizza from the Doryland pizza place...Great pizza!! Thought our dogs would have a fit with the bunny rabbits running around, but they were very good about the rabbits. The store prices are a little steep, especially on the beer, so make sure you bring enough to last your stay. The brew pub and grill was another hit right across the street with outdoor seating looking out over the beach. The only reason I didn't give this park a 10 rating is because we didn't use the restrooms or showers so I don't know what condition they are in. Will stay here again when in the area.

This is not a RV Resort. So don't let the web site fool you. The camp site are fairly level, But very tight to get into with other campers parking their vehicles in front of unoccupied spots and the trees make getting into our site very difficult. The personal staff were friendly, Although when we checked out the lady in the office told me to exit through the entrance driveway, There was no way I could make the turns around the trees and rocks to exit through the entrance, why she didn't direct me down a little farther to the exit driveway I'll never know. It took me about 10 minutes to find the 30 amp power outlet because it was located under the power box, this was a first that I have seen. There is no cable TV hook up, So to watch any TV you have to use your roof antenna because there are too many trees in the way to use your satellite dish, We could only get two stations. There are train tracks right behind the park and when a train goes by it shakes your rig like a mild earthquake. The fire pits are very close to your rig, If you don't catch your rig on fire you will for sure get smoked out. I will not camp here again.

We only stayed here one night, Should have booked another night but we already had reservation for the next day at another RV park. The staff was very friendly at check in, The park was very clean and well groomed. The restaurant and pub is closed on Sundays and Mondays and we were here on a Sunday so we weren't able to eat at the restaurant. We did walk around the park to check it out, The little pond was really nice, They even have free fire wood available, Although you are only limited to three logs per night. The other campers were also very nice and friendly. The only reason I'm not rating this park a 10 is because we didn't use the restrooms or showers so I don't know there condition, But as clean as the park was I'm sure the restrooms and showers were just as clean. We did purchase some German sausage from the little store before it closed that evening. I will differently camp here again when in the area.

We have stayed here a few times before it became a KOA. It is and always has been a very clean and quit RV park, The new management is friendly and helpful, They are much more lenient with the park rules then the old management was. We love taking our dogs down to the beach ( only a 5 min walk ). We bought some fresh live crab from a fishing boat called the "Tina Louise" down at the harbor just behind the RV park, Had a crab feed that night for dinner, This was the best!!! We will be back. We made our reservations for May before we left.
