We have stayed here many times and each time we've been treated like family. When we arrive, the owner pulls his coach out of a spot and let's me park there. While here this time, the cooling system on our refer went out. He let me stow some frozen items in the freezer in the office. Today his son came down with a small refrigerator that we can use till we get ours fixed. How many other parks would treat you like this? None I guess! I would highly recommend this park to anyone traveling through Montgomery. A "Thanks" to this owner and son. We really appreciate your kindness.

We have been here many times before and when we are in Meridian, we like to "come home". The owner goes out of his way to make you feel at home. The sites are great and you'll have to go a long way to find a better RV Park. My wife and I have both recently had cataract surgery and the owner offered many times to drive us to the doctor's office or do any thing else he could to help us. Hey, we're "Home" for now.

Date of Stay:

The owners went out of their way to make you feel at home. We had problems with the cable and they brought a "box" so that we could get TV, no charge either. They were able to book our Glacier trip and did a good job on it. I'd gladly stay there again. I'd also highly recommend this park to anyone staying in the Seward area.

There are a lot of deep pot holes at the entrance of the park and there are also two ditches you have to drive over to get to sites. They advertise 50 amp service but my volt meter is almost in the red most of the time and all I have on is TV, water heater and computers. The WiFi is POOR, we have been booted off several times a day and we're close to the office where the antenna is located. Their main business is fishing charters and the RV park seems to be second. I don't believe I'd stay here again.

Date of Stay:

We were parked there in a 40 foot diesel motor home in a back in site cause all the pull through sites didn't have sewer hook ups. My site was totally unlevel and no matter how hard I tried I couldn't get it level. To make matters worse it rained a couple of days and the dirt roads were not the best I've seen. I don't believe I'll ever stay there again. It's too high for what you get.

The owners were very friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to make you feel at home. This is the first time we've stayed here but on our return from Alaska we'll stop here again. The other RV Park close by is quite a lot higher in price and the sites are closer together than here. For a park that's only 3 years old they have really done a lot and have more plans in store. Their WiFi is GREAT and it's free. If you're going through Grand Prairie by all means stop here you'll be glad you did.

We checked in and were assigned our sites, but when we got to the sites they were occupied and we had to go back to the office. The man on duty there said he was trying to get information entered in the computer but hadn't gotten it done yet. We were assigned new sites but since the roads are narrow and the turns into streets are narrow it's a problem for a 40 footer with toad to get around the park. They charge $3 per day for WiFi and if you have a pet they charge $2.50 per day for that. This is almost like a KOA (keep on adding). This place is not too bad for just a night or two but I would not want to stay any longer.

Date of Stay:

The weekly price is not too bad, it starts at $175 but when you get a "players card" the rate drops to $123. The biggest problem is that the sites are not level. We had to put big blocks of wood under the jack to get anywhere near level. I'd still come back here again cause the service is good and the scenery is great.

This is a Passport America Park but it looks more like a trailer trash dump. The pull through sites we had were so small we almost didn't get in. If you ask for 30 amp, you got it, but it wasn't a full 30 amp site so you had to be very careful when using it. If you're driving through and can't find a Wal-Mart this is better than nothing.

Date of Stay:

This is a Passport America Park and when you check in using PPA they tell you all you can get is water and electric. If you want dump at site that's extra. The Passport America Book and the web site doesn't say anything about this restriction. They could stop giving all the gift coupons and give full hookups to Passport America guests. I don't beieve I'll stay there again if they can't be fair.

The entrance drive is full of large pot holes and make it difficult to get in without spilling everything in the RV. Also if you're trying to come and someone is leaving, you have a problem. The staff was fairly friendly but didn't go out of their way to make you feel at home. They fuss if someone doesn't pick up after their pet but they don't mind letting their dog roam all over the park and do his business. This is a Passport America Park and that is the only reason we stayed there. My friend with us had requested a 50 amp site and he was given a 30 amp site. The sites are designed so that 2 RV can be parked on the same site, end to end. I guess that's okay if you're not on the end and are ready to leave before the one in front of you. I don't really believe we'd would stay there again.

This is a Passport America Park and they limit the stay to 3 days. It's located on 89-A in Prescott Valley. The sites are large, level and have nice views. We would gladly come back here again.

We had made a reservation for site 11 before we left for the holidays but when we got back we were told that the site was being held for someone who "might" come back from MI. He never came back. We were put into one of the "new pull through" sites and it was not at all level and the white rock were full of dust which we brought into the coach. We were charged for our electric use. The rate we paid was 16 cents per KWH and we learned that the Co-Op was only charging .09 cents. Since we didn't like being lied to and being "gouged" we left early and don't plan to come back ever again.I t seems to us that if you don't buy one of the "high price" lifetime leases, you're treated as an unwelcome guest.

We have family in the area so for the past 3 years we've spent the fall and up to the Christmas time here. The park is really nice, and the owners are GREAT. We've been parked in the end sites on the row, and really like it. This year the owner was parked there, but he moved and gave us that site. That was real nice of him, but then he's a GREAT park host. I'd highly recommend this park to anyone who wants to stay in a park that treats you like "family".

This park is in bad need of some work. The roads will become a muddy river when it rains. The sites are so close to each other that if you have a large slide it'll cover the patio next to you. They have increased the monthly rate for 50 amp service to $425 per month. This park would be acceptable only if WalMart is full.
