Lake George RV Park, Lake George, New York

Date of Stay: October, 2007 - $47.00
Overall Rating:

I have been camping with my family for the last 9 years in a motorhome. This park has become the "poster park" we compare all other rv parks that we visit. Whether we choose to take out a paddle boat, trolley shuttle to the nearby outlet stores, live professional entertainment in a beautiful indoor theater, or a movie in one of two indoor movie theaters on the premises - there is no extra charges. The facilities are kept immaculate at all times. This is a biker's paradise, as well, with miles of great paved roads in the park and connecting trails that take you miles north and south on very well maintained municipal trails. We camped at Lake George RV Park in a Motorhome.

Normandy Farms, Foxboro, Massachusetts

Date of Stay: June, 2007 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

One of the best campgrounds in the country. Lots of great activities for kids, beautiful indoor pool and courteous staff. Our only wish is that they had more 50 amp sites. It seems that this popular RV desination is always booked up way in advance, and we need to settle for a 30 amp site without cable tv. We will return again when we are in the area. We camped at Normandy Farms in a Motorhome.
