The first 100 feet after exiting Hwy 16 was rough. Other than that roads were gravel but good. We would definitely stay there again.

Don't forget to add "bed tax". just over $10 per night. Very nice park. Lots of room to maneuver even a large rig. Office staff was very helpful and competent. Park was neat and clean. Only downside was no security fence around park in a fairly populated area but that didn't seem to pose a problem as we didn't notice any unsavory characters wandering around. We would most definitely stay here again.

Date of Stay:

Many permanents, which creates noise in the AM when they leave for work. Some units have a bit of junk around them. The park office closes mid-afternoon and after that the manager must be called. He apparently has another full-time job but is very helpful and cooperative. Utilities were good. This is not a destination resort but should serve very well for a day or week or more. This is a very urban setting for a park but it is close to the center of town. We felt quite safe here and would definitely stay here again because of it's central location.

Road into park is a little rough and dusty. Take your time and relax. The railroad can be heard but I didn't hear a whistle until we were up in the morning. Do your shopping before you get here as it's a long, long way to a store. This was our third or fourth stay here and we will stop again.

Extremely tight roads, sites & turns. Sites extremely short for a so-called modern RV park. A large RV will probably have to back out of their "pull thru" site. Only about a 1/3 of the sites have cable and only 3 or 4 with 50 amp service have it. Greed drives this park as the prices are high, the service is low, and there are tents pitched all over the place including the lawn. If we had to return to Seattle again, we would probably grudgingly end up here as there are few other close-in choices.

Date of Stay:

Nice park but.... Sewer connections oddly placed, in many cases closer to the next site than yours, in some cases where they had to be stepped over to reach your rig. Many of the turns in and out of sites and around the park were very tight and were somewhat challenging. If your RV drivers license came from WalMart, DON"T come here. We would stay here again.

Date of Stay:

Close to street but it dead ends in the state park so not too much traffic. I agree with the previous posts but want to emphasize that the site entrances and exits need to be widened to keep from dropping off when entering or exiting. We would probably stay there again in spite of the price.

Fairly good park. Pull-throughs were a bit narrow. Good cable. Hookups at sites facing bay were at the back of the site (front for a motor home if you pull it in to face the bay. Many sites were long term rentals, many to working people. Too many of the long term sites had too much junk around them. Some long term units should be evicted for extremely trashy appearance. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent RV park. Exceptionally well manicured. Maybe a bit pricy for an overnight stay, but we have paid more for much worse. The review of July, 2013 pretty much says it all. We would definitely stay here again.

Cash or check only. Staff very helpful with maps and suggestions for the area. Quite convenient to Duluth/Superior area. Very adequate facilities. Comfortable roads for a large motorhome. Pool looked inviting even if we didn't use it. We would definitely stay here again.

Cash or check only. Nice spacious sites, most with shade. Very little for kids to do, but since we don't have kids, no problem. Helpful staff. Very little road noise, and NO railroad (what a change from most parks). We would definitely stay here again.

This was a very adequate park for our purpose. W-Fi only around the office. Cable was out of service when we were here. Utilities have just been replaced in the last year or so. Only one site was available for overnight stays, as most sites are used by long-term workers. Anywhere in western North Dakota I would not plan on staying without calling ahead because of extremely high usage by oil field and construction workers. Park manager was very accommodating and helpful. The park was sold about a year ago which answers some of the previous comments. We stayed for three nights and would definitely stay again.

Quiet park. DEFINITELY NOT a resort. Use coordinates for GPS, NOT address. Trailer life directory directions are correct. TL calls the road off of US49 Lux while GPS calls it Lucy. They are the same. About 2 miles of very narrow paved roads after leaving highway then some narrow gravel into campground. Campground is gravel which has enough dust in it to be quite sloppy after a rain. Utilities good. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was an old membership park which was allowed to run down badly. New owners have made many improvements but much remains to be done to make this a resort. No difficult of access with a large motorhome. While this is, to us, not a destination park, we would definitely stay here again.

While this was a nice RV park for our purposes, it is not an RV resort. The sites are spacious and access is good if you are not adverse to driving over grass (it seems solid even after rain). Plan on using your own facilities if you don't want to drive to the showers, laundry or fitness center. Make your reservations over the phone, drive directly to your site, and the manager will catch up with you sooner or later. There is train noise, but it didn't bother us with the windows closed. The park is overpriced, considering the facilities provided. Even with these shortcomings we would still stay here again because if the close proximity to downtown Savannah.

Cozy but nice. Plenty of room for a large motorhome if you don't get in a big hurry. Not at all tight for 45 ft. Office staff friendly. We would stay here again.
