Palo Duro RV Park, Canyon, Texas

Date of Stay: June, 2009 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Very friendly office personnel. The RV sites are bare minimum, nothing special, but a good place to stay if you want to see spectacular views of the canyon. It was a muddy mess after it rained. The wifi only works if you are parked very near the satellite dish. Our cell phones and air cards worked OK here. We camped at Palo Duro RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

IB Magee Beach Park, Port Aransas, Texas

Date of Stay: October, 2008 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

This is a bare bones RV park, but still nice because it is almost right on the beach. It was clean, the folks in the office were very nice, and it was quiet. Even though there is no wi-fi, my AT&T air card worked just fine to hook up to the internet. We would definitely stay here again. Its the best site in town for being so close to the beach. We camped at IB Magee Beach Park in a Fifth Wheel.
