I am having a hard time trying to describe this campground and the owner without using the words I would really like to use. There is absolutely nothing to do here. The owner would not allow anyone to use the shower house/restrooms. He is extremely rude. He yells and swears at his wife all the time in front of people and customers. He thinks everyone is an idiot and they do not know what they are doing. Nobody we spoke to in the campground or in town has anything good to say about him. I would not stay here again unless I had to.

This is a decent campground. The owners seem friendly. The place was clean and orderly. The Internet works great but they charge for it - which I do not think any campground should. The bathroom was clean. The pool was not open at the time so I can't comment about that. There seems to be a lot of activities offered in the summer months.

This park may be OK for you if you only stay a night or active weekend and do not have to have any dealings with the owners and do not use any of the facilities. We stayed for a longer period of time and have plenty of input about it. The pool remains filthy - it is not kept clean and they do not seem to do the required checks and chemicals as they should. The owners are lazy, rude and have no common decency whatsoever. All they care about is the money. Electricity charges are outrageous. They do not do required maintenance or keep things in good running order. We do not expect this campground to thrive under these owners. This is one of the worst campground experiences we have had in over ten years, and the owners are the worst we have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. No one that stayed here when we were here were happy with them or their policies. I would recommend avoiding this campground if you are looking for anything more than a place to stay for the night.

There is not much to this park at all. There is hardly any shade. The sites are cramped and leave something to be desired. The owners are friendly for the most part but seem leery of children. The pool was clean. The showers were acceptable. They are picky about how or when to fish in the "lake". There is a nice path around the "lake" and you can find berries there at the right time of year. There is a flea market next door and several more right down the street if you like that kind of thing. The Little Nashville Opry in the nearby town of Nashville was fun.

The new owners of this park are amazing! Very friendly, making great improvements in the park, and willing to do what they can for their guests. The showers and bathrooms are clean. The pool is clean and tended to on a regular basis. The Internet works great and is free (as all parks should be). Family friendly. There are a lot of things nearby to do and see. We highly recommend this campground for long or short term stays.

This park was excellent! We stayed there for several months. Great management, friendly staff, CLEAN, the pool was wonderful, area was very scenic, plenty to do and planned activities as well. The karaoke with Roger was so much fun! The sites are roomy. WiFi worked great and was free - as it should be. The only time it got cramped was during rallies. Other than that no complaints. You should be aware though that we have friends who have gone there several times since then and they have stated that some things have changed. According to them, the management is not good anymore, they seem to not want children there, and the whole atmosphere has become very "uptight". If we get back that way I will post a new update about the conditions then.
