LaSalle / Peru KOA, Utica, Illinois

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Water/Elec pull thru site 57 got satellite reception (dish on top front of Motorhome). Otherwise, a shady spot right across from the creek. I did ask for a satellite friendly site. Very clean restrooms/showers, looks to be recently upgraded - nice showerhead. We camped at LaSalle / Peru KOA in a Motorhome.

St. Peters' 370 Lakeside Park, Saint Peters, Missouri

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Ditto recent comments. Spacious sites. Park is very family friendly, bike, kayak, etc. rentals. Fishing looks popular. Very quiet. Park is only 4 years old so the trees are still small. We camped at St. Peters' 370 Lakeside Park in a Motorhome.

Anaheim RV Village, Anaheim, California

Date of Stay: July, 2013 - $75.00
Overall Rating:

We paid a weekly rate $450 for a Premium Pull Through - the daily rate of $75 includes local tourism and lodging taxes. Great staff, clean well run park. We are going back. The entrance off Harbor Blvd is the best way in (off I5 at Harbor, go past Ball Rd then a small sign marks the right turn in the back way), note that this entrance is closed at Dusk. Tents allowed in spaces along East fence - there was a youth group of very well behaved kids behind us for a few days - no issues. Give the park kudos for having a place for them to enjoy a visit to the OC. We camped at Anaheim RV Village in a Motorhome.

Orange Grove RV Park, Bakersfield, California

Date of Stay: September, 2012 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

Rate reflects cash and Good Sam discount. This is a favorite overnight location when heading over the Tehachapis, very convenient to highway 58. The place is clean and well run, and in the winter you can pick your own oranges. Note the offramp is Exit 119 Edison Rd. Even in the off season the place can get busy towards sundown. We camped at Orange Grove RV Park in a Motorhome.

Rivers Edge RV Resort, Winterhaven, California

Date of Stay: June, 2012 - $16.00
Overall Rating:

Friendly, helpful staff. Large, clean pool + 2 spas. Large clean restrooms and showers. Large laundry room (didn't use). No Wi-Fi, but good cell data coverage. Freeway nearby, but not too noticeable. Very close to Yuma and Algodones. Trees shade the sites but block satellite for those facing west and are messy. We'd stay here again - likely full in winter but desk folks say give them a call. Rate is monthly + electric We camped at Rivers Edge RV Resort in a Motorhome.
