Awesome place to camp. Very friendly family orientated atmosphere. My kids look forward to this trip every year. This is our 4th year going. You can't ask for better! We camped at Strawberry Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park at Birchwood Acres, Woodridge, New York

Date of Stay: July, 2007 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

We enjoyed this park immensely. Fun events for the kids. Pool was great, and the water park for the kids was an excellent bonus. Snack bar not too much to choose from. Camp store had necessities. Staff was friendly. The only thing is to disregard the surrounding developments. They have nothing to do with the park. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park at Birchwood Acres in a Fifth Wheel.

Strawberry Park, Preston, Connecticut

While it is expensive there is no shortage of entertainment for the whole family. Upon check in you are presented with a schedule that includes all sorts of fun. Other reviews stated some of the sites were too far to enjoy the entertainment but I disagree. I personally do not want to be close to it. I would rather enjoy the peace and quiet. The park is very close to Foxwoods Casino and about a 1/2 hour - 45 minute drive to Mohegan Sun. The staff is great and we always enjoy our stay. I wish there were grassy sites but it is shaded so it is hard. Fun is always by all in our group. We camped at Strawberry Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Aces High RV Park, East Lyme, Connecticut

Date of Stay: May, 2007 - $40.00

We love this park. Close to the ferry which is convienant for us. We also LOVE the fact that they have full hook up on the lake. My kids went fishing here for the first time. There is a river that runs through the property, and the kids loved exploring with nets to see what they could catch and later release. We camped at Aces High RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
