Very nice RV park, beautiful level sites, with grass and, shade trees. Wonderful pet exercise area and, well lit at night, with security. Very good value for the price. Close to casino, you can drive or walk as it is across parking lot, restaurants are very nice, great coffee shop and, EXCELLENT steak house. Casino was well taken care of and clean. Laundry facilities in RV park where very clean with new machines. Restrooms where spotless and, front desk staff very nice and, helpful. Will come back again and highly recommend it.

Very nice and clean RV resort. Uur first site was very hard to get into but, talked with the front desk and, they moved us into a great pull-through that was far easier to get into. Very clean campground, they where constantly cleaning it, and there was security. The beach access was great with just a short walk to Zephyr Cove beach, there they have boat/jet-ski/kayak rentals and, also offer catamaran and, scenic lake cruises.Very nice brunch cruise. There is also a very nice restaurant to eat at that that offers breakfast, lunch and, dinner. food was good and, although a tad pricey was very nice to be able to eat out on the deck next to the Beach. Great RV park, very pet friendly and, super clean, has Wi-Fi as well. We will come back again and, have already made our 2012 reservation.

Great park, located in a quiet area, but close to several different Winerys, and lots of shopping. Quiet at night. Had level, pull through sites. There is a lot of walking and biking areas. Boat launch areas available. Good prices. Only drawback was no Internet. But, if you have a cell phone with software for internet, it works fine. We used ours with our Droid Phone through Verizon. There is a small campstore for items you may have forgotten. Laundry and the restrooms/showers were very clean. Overall a good place for camping for value and has easy access.

I would not stay here again, the campground is very dusty and, the "long term residents" seem like they are on parole, my daughter and, I where very umcomfortable walking here at night. It had the Worst Cable channels I have ever seen, only 6 working stations. The low hanging branches are destructive to your roof A/C. Next time we will take the time to drive to Plymouth.

Good location on a River but, ALOT of noise from the Wood Mill across the River. Interior roads are very dusty when cars pass. Spots are very close together and, very little room. Ok over all but, not if you like a quiet campground experience.

Nice campground for an overnight or few days. Nice hosts, clean grounds and, very nice laundry and, indoor pool area. However, it is right next to the I-90 freeway, so the freeway noise can be very annoying especially at night when you want the windows open for fresh air. Also, there is a Auto dealership right next store so you get alot of the light at night from the Vapor lamps they have at the dealership. A little annoying that we where unable to get a spot next to the grass because of our small dog. Alot of full timers there along the outer edges.

Great Campground. Located in a very quiet wildlife preserve with a lake. You can rent a boat and, hike all over the area. Close by you can visit one of the wonderful wineries along Rancho Calif Road. Close to town for shopping but, makes you feel as though you are far from everything. Spaces are a bit close but ok overall. Beautiful grassy areas for picnics or kids. Pet friendly and, helpful camphosts, plan to go again for the Wine & Ballon Festival. Very Quiet at night, far from City lights.

Love this campground, level sites in open area surrounded by trees, the campground was clean with wonderful owners. The showers and, laundry where spotless and, they are very pet friendly. We had only planned on staying a few days but, ended up staying a few weeks. Wonderful place would stay again, only drawback was some of the nicer spots where strictly for long term folks (one month or more)

This is a nice park IF you make your reservations early and, get a shaded wooded spot. We like the closeness to town and, you can walk everywhere from here. Great bike/walking trails. Close to restaurants. The cement side is a parking lot. OK for a night or so. The wooded sites in the shade are nice, although a few can be very tricky to get into with a bigger rig, Again MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS EARLY! The one annoying thing was the surly attitudes of the young people working at the front desk. They made it very obvious that they where more interested in talking with friends hanging around than dealing with check ins. Overall the park was good but personnel could use training in customer service. Laundry is good, didn't use showers but, they seemed OK.

A park that is only if you are passing through. A lot of full timers that look like they are on parole. VERY DUSTY when cars go by, we had reserved early for a shady spot, but when we checked in we where told that a "long term camper" would be there instead. We were put into a spot that barely fit our rig and, had to park the truck elsewhere. Noise from the Freeway was annoying. The Cable TV was the WORST I have ever seen: 7 channels. Would only stay again for an overnight.
