This daily rate is what it will work out to be when divided by 30 (so it may be just a bit more for the week). This is a minimum stay of 1 week RV park. Monthly rent is $545.00 which includes water, free mail forwarding service, electric (not extra), garbage, sewer and free GOOD WiFi. This park also has a laundry room and if you prefer to dry outside, there are 3 clothes lines to use for drying outside. Centrally located to everything. Walgreens, Tire store, Target, and various restaurants.

Stayed here on June 20 left on June 21. Very little shade trees, pretty much an open lot with full hookups that are at each side. There is a laundry facility with washers and dryers, fairly new remodeled bathrooms and the management went above and beyond what customer service means.

Found this RV Park on a billboard off of the interstate, called them to see if they have a spot available for one night, they did. I headed their direction. Their base rate for 30 amp is $33 a night -10% discount for good Sam, AAA, and other various clubs. Not sure how much the 50 amp is per night but I think it might be $38 a night. They have two Wi-Fi towers available for no charge, they have two bath houses, they have cable television at every campsite and it's close to local markets to pick up various items

I stayed here for four days. Was the closest RV Park to Atlantic City beach and boardwalk. I would've gave them a higher star rating but their bathrooms needed to be updated a little bit. It is very rustic, lots of shade, Park was barely occupied. Would certainly stay here again. One member of staff very helpful for checking in.

The owner was the one that checked me in. Did not know that until after conversation. The owner knows the meaning of customer service, goes above and beyond what is expected of an owner, takes a lot of pride in what he does.

Was able to get into this wonderful RV Park for the Fourth of July festival. So very glad I met the owners and one of the managers that became good friends, will never forget these beautiful people, love traveling in the motorhome. The restrooms were clean, but dated. The washing machines did a great job cleaning.

Traveling across the country in my RV and found this park in the Redwoods. Would certainly stay here again.

I will certainly stay here again. Very nice overall. Close to the Henry Cowell, San Lorenzo River and alot of shade, and management very helpful.

I stayed here 5 days and 4 nights. I will not be staying here ever again. What a total let down for what I was expecting from the website about this Park. Sites VERY DIRTY, UNEVEN, AND LOTS OF ROCKS!!!! Hook ups were located at the front of the site, not very practical. The only good thing about this park was the WiFi, NOTHING ELSE!!!! Pass this park by, you'll thank me later.

I was very surprised to find such a wonderful campground right on the San Lorenzo River. You could walk to Henry Cowell State Park and catch the train to either the Boardwalk in Santa Cruz or go the other direction and view the Beautiful Redwoods from this train ride. A must do
