The park was nice, but the sites were dirt so if it rained it would be messy. The staff was friendly and helpful. They did have a coffee shop and pizza delivery which was nice. We stopped here overnight so did not really enjoy all they had to offer. I would suggest this park, but not if rain is in the forecast.

We stopped in overnight to stay here. It was a nightmare to find in the dark. It was very hilly. The office is actually on a very steep hill. We had a hard time getting to the site. It was a pretty park, but the interstate could be disturbing. It would not suggest this for a overnight stay because just too inconvenient to get to, but could be nice for a extended stay.

Camp Gulf

Destin, Florida

Date of Stay:

We really enjoyed staying here since it is so close to the beach. The bathrooms were clean, and there were not alot of campers at our time of stay. We paid for a beach spot, but our next stay will get the upper park lot. I would suggest this if you would like to save money because it really isn't that much more of a walk to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our site was spacious, but we could see others were smaller. Our site was one of the 500s. I would definitely suggest this park to others, but it is pricey.

This campground is one of the best we have stayed in. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. You can even order pizza that they prepare and deliver to your site. The 2 dog walks are conveniently placed and spacious. The restroom and shower facilities were always cleaned and maintained. The grounds are immaculate. We stayed here for severals months and were very happy.
