We were on our way home from a lengthy vacation and needed one night stay to get us home. Called as we were getting gas and they happily had room for 2 units. As it turned out, we were just a couple miles away, so no reservations and we were there in minutes. Checking in was quick and efficient as we are KOA members. Owners are super nice. It was dark and the escort to the site is always appreciated. We had a very nice site by the lake (didn't know that until daylight). We did not hear any road noise from the interstate even though the campground was very close to it. That was a convenience to us as we were just passing through. We would stay here again when traveling.

Needed a place to stay for one night while visiting with family and this was very close. The owner was super nice from getting us to the campground and allowing us to have visitors. The campground is in a residential area and not like your typical campgrounds, but for us it was perfect for what we needed. Sites were close, but not enough to bother us, it was not a vacation destination. The only reason I gave a "satisfactory" rating on cleanliness, was we found dog droppings on our site, but that is not the campgrounds fault. That is irresponsible people not cleaning up after their pets. If we were passing through again and wanting to visit with family, we would stay here for the convenience and how nice the owner was.

Passing through the area and only stayed for one night. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

This campground is great if you want to be right at the Canyon and have full hookups. There is a convenient shuttle stop at the campground that takes you to the Grand Canyon Village and you can catch the other shuttles that will take you throughout the park. Laundry was located outside this campground closer to another campground, but they had many washers and dryers and it was very clean and easy to do several loads at once.

Campground staff was very nice. We had 2 units traveling together and was able to get a site that shared a picnic pavilion. Was nice to have that shared space.

Owners and staff are very nice and helpful. We have stayed here before and did not hesitate to stay here again during our visit to Yellowstone National Park. The park is very clean and easy to navigate with big rigs. Laundry was convenient and clean. Views are awesome.

Campground is very nice and the staff is excellent. Easy to move around the campground in our 34 ft mh towing a 14 ft trailer. We would definitely stay here again and already recommended it to others.

My husband was working long hours in the area and we stayed at Gaslight for a little over a week. The staff was extremely nice and helpful from calling for information and reserving, to welcoming us to the campground and escorting us to our site. We were very pleased with staying here and the only reason I did not give a 10 rating was the water has a lot of iron in it. Having said that, we would definitely stay here again if he is working in the area. The campground was mostly seasonal sites and was very quiet. They have a nice swimming pool and laundry available also and a small store with camping supplies.

Perfect for what we wanted. It is just a huge parking lot with a few scattered trees around, but are you really here for the "camping" experience? The sites were long and level and it was easy to maneuver around in the park. Just a short walk to the casino and they offered free shuttle to the strip. Wal-Mart is across the street. Security was seen frequently. Could use a few more trees for a little shade. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

The staff was extremely friendly at this KOA. We stayed here two nights while visiting Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon. It was very clean and easy to maneuver our rig and tow trailer around. Liked the added touch of being led to our site.

The campground is about 40 minutes to Yosemite. If you are not adept at moving and backing up your rig, I would not recommend this campground. The sites were close together and we were able to fit our 34 ft motorhome towing a 14 ft trailer into a back in site. The driveway entrance is uphill and the dump station is located on the down side. We could not use it because our hitch would have dragged. No Verizon cell service, but you need to expect that in the area. The staff was nice. For location, it was great for us.

Campground staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and this was a great spot for our day trips. The roads are dirt/gravel so everything was a little dusty. The beach is worth the walk if you can do it. Internet was only included for about 30 minutes a day. Any more and you had to pay for it. Lots of activities for kids. We spent three nights here.

We stayed here for two nights in a motorhome towing a trailer, about 50 ft long. The staff was extremely nice! The campground is basically a big cement lot (which kept the inside of the mh very clean) with shrub sections dividing each site, but it was tastefully done and looked nice. It was clean and the laundry room was immaculate. It was a great place to stay as we explored the area.

We stayed for two nights to explore the surrounding areas in a motorhome towing a trailer about 50 ft long. They were able to accommodate us and the staff was nice. The campground is nestled in a stand of redwoods and is lovely. If you are not used to maneuvering in tight areas, you may not like this campground. It was a very quiet campground, clean, and it felt like you were somewhere deep in the woods.

We stayed here in a motorhome towing a trailer: about 50 feet. The staff was very friendly and were to able accommodate our unit. It is uphill to get into the campground and the sites are on hillside levels. We had no problem getting to our site, but if you are a wary driver and not very good at maneuvering your rig, you may want to find somewhere else to camp. The campground was not full when we were here and it was a great overnight stay, with a quick trip to Deadwood.
