Narrows Too Camping Resort - Thousand Trails, Trenton, Maine

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $49.00
Overall Rating:

Beautiful well kept campground on the ocean. I camped here the week of the 4 of July. Sites were large and clean. I really like this campground except for one thing. They close the pool at 4 pm. This is high season for Maine, and they close there pool at 4 pm. That is the only thing that I have to complain about. Who closes their pool in the summer at a resort at 4 pm even if it is he 4 of July? We camped at Narrows Too Camping Resort - Thousand Trails in a Travel Trailer.

Rose Beach is a very clean, quite campground. It only has 50 sites. They do not have a playground. Salisbury Beach is near by, about a mile away. Nice friendly staff. We will return. We camped at Beach Rose RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Bar Harbor Campground, Bar Harbor, Maine

Date of Stay: October, 2007 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

This is a very nice clean and quiet campground near Arcadia National Park, the sites are clean. The campground is well kept. The play ground could use a little work. They only accept cash and don't take reservations, you go in and pick a site and then pay for it. We camped there at least 10 times through the summer and fall of 2007, and we always found a nice spot. Free buses to just about anywhere in Bar Harbor and Arcadia. We camped at Bar Harbor Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Bar Harbor / Woodlands KOA, Bar Harbor, Maine

Date of Stay: July, 2007 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

This was one of the worst parks I ever stayed at. The site they gave us was so small we couldn't even open our awning. It smelled like sewage in the area. The staff was friendly. When I got home I complained to KOA and to KOA Bar Harbor and KOA corporation agreed that the site we had was a poor site and refunded us our money back for the week we stayed there. We camped at Bar Harbor / Woodlands KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Sennebec Lake Campground, Appleton, Maine

Date of Stay: May, 2007 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

To many seasonals and sites were very small to many carts running around and parties at night, some campers had 4 large dogs that barked and whined all day. Not a good visit, we will not go back. We camped at Sennebec Lake Campground in a Travel Trailer.
