Rate reflects a premium site with the Good Sam Discount. Nice enough park. Adequate room between rigs. Check in person nice. Did not try their WIFI has have our own. Laundry expensive. $3.00 to wash/ $3.00 to dry. Highest we've seen in 5 years of fulltiming. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

Date of Stay:

Stayed here over 4th July. Expected lots more sites being used but we were one of the few. Dirt road in needs improvement badly. Pull-through sites quite adequate. Not the fault of the campground but the mosquitoes are FIERCE. Bring lots of repellent.

Nice enough park and people. Laundry room clean. Cafe served just pancakes and sausage for breakfast but quite good. We would stay again if in the area.

This park is okay as a pass through. Definitely not a destination. Rigs crowded in side by side. Hardly enough room to turn around. Nothing more than a parking lot with hook ups. Laundry suitable - 2.50 a wash, 2.00 to get dry enough. If we ever came back to this area, would look for another park.

Nice little park. Very clean and well kept. Each site has a picnic table. Lovely area overlooking a golf course.

As the other posted stated, what a nice little park. We first planned on overnighting at Walmart but didn't like the area. So decided to move on when we saw the signs leading to Riverside. Only one other RV was there so we also got a 30 amp. The park was quiet all night. No charge but a receptacle for donations. We were more than happy to donate $10.00.

Rate is with the Federal Senior Pass. We loved our site #73. It's on a loop with only one other site. It was a large pull through and right on the lake. I would give this park a higher rating if it had sewer. One note: We tried the showers but even with the water running for a few minutes it remained cold. Maybe because it was early in the season and not used enough? Not the best shower rooms we've been in at a COE by a long shot. Be aware gates are locked at 11 and open 6 am.

It is a P/A affiliate. We pulled in a little after 2 pm to find the office closed for the day. We called the number left on the door. The person who answered said to pick out a site and see her the next day. We drove around and everything looked just too sketchy. Everything looked like permanent rigs. Little rundown. Did not find a site that looked welcoming. Decided to head on up the road.

Date of Stay:

Quoted rate is for FHU. However, there are only a few FHU sites. Most are either electric or electric/water. Nothing fancy here. Lots of permanent residents. But the park is clean and well kept. Close to Route 69 but back a long drive into the park. Abundant deer walking around the campground. We would stay here again if in the area.

Rate quoted is with the Federal Golden Pass. What a nice campground. Clean, well kept, quiet. Only thing would make it better would be full hook ups. But at only $9 a night, who's complaining!

Rated quoted is the Passport America discount rate. We really like this park. The owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Lots of seasonable sites but all well kept. The pool was clean and well maintained. The grandchildren liked that they have a playground. The store was well stocked. We like that they have a slide card entry gate. The site was level and clean. The laundry room cleaned daily. We did not visit the activity halls nor bathrooms so can not comment on them. We would stay here again if in the area.

Rate quoted is the monthly rate. We always like this park. Clean, very clean. Pull in sites could be a bit longer but far from a deal breaker. Nice cement pads, grassy area with grill and table. All well maintained. Currently they are in the process of expansion. Best park in the area.

Lots of permanent sites but that is expected in this economy. The site was on dirt/gravel and not quite level but placing one board under one side did the job. The managers are really nice and friendly. Noise in evening due to close proximity to Naval Air Station. But that's okay the sound of freedom. An added bonus, the FREE use of the two washers and dryers.

This is our favorite COE park. The cost indicated is with the Federal Senior Passport discount. Huge sites, FHU, picnic table, fire ring. Even a laundry but with only two washers and dryers. Playgrounds for the kiddies. Very well maintained. Be sure to reserve EARLY! Most weekends are fully booked months in advance.

Date of Stay:

Rate reflects Passport America discount. This is a small campground behind the owners house. A couple of permanent rigs on site. Little more than a dirt parking lot with hookups. There appears to be no attempt to level the sites. On a positive side there is a clean laundry with decent rates. It was an okay stay but really nothing to attract anyone to this area.
