Would have rated excellent if it had sewer. But restroom was close. Would have been nice if showers had curtain between actual shower and changing area to keep water out of that area. This site is 85 feet long and easy to pull through. Great view of lake. Did get good Verizon cell and MIFI. Also able to get DirecTV satellite connection.

Would have rated a 10 if it was on the lake. We love COE parks and this is a great one. Long asphalt site. Level. Plenty of room to park our tow vehicle. Well kept park. Got good Verizon cell and MIFI. As this site is partial sunny/shade, got good DirectTV reception too. Not a thing to complain about.

Used the P/A rate weekdays and Good Sam weekends. As fulltimers this is higher than we can normally pay. But we've always liked this campground and surrounding area. This is our 4th time year in the last 8 years. Will probably return. Staff is ALWAYS helpful and friendly.

We are thrilled with this campground. Everything is so well maintained. Sites are sufficient. Easy to back in as they are on a slant. Can't find a thing to complain about.

Nice little park. Friendly, helpful owners. Free WIFI worked well. For this price, could not be better.

Rate is figured on a months stay. Being in December can not judge how park is during peak time. Parked in area that has services available year round. Sites very close. Many permanent residents. Transient sites look to be much larger. Manager very nice. Can see they are attempting improvements.

We love this park. Our site is a pull through and close to the water. It is spacious and private.

P/A discount only accepted Monday-Thursday. Above rate reflects some days with P/A some with regular rate. Management always accommodating and friendly. As another poster noted water is plentiful but high iron. Would have no problem staying here again.

Rate reflects a premium site with the Good Sam Discount. Nice enough park. Adequate room between rigs. Check in person nice. Did not try their WIFI has have our own. Laundry expensive. $3.00 to wash/ $3.00 to dry. Highest we've seen in 5 years of fulltiming. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

Stayed here over 4th July. Expected lots more sites being used but we were one of the few. Dirt road in needs improvement badly. Pull-through sites quite adequate. Not the fault of the campground but the mosquitoes are FIERCE. Bring lots of repellent.

Nice enough park and people. Laundry room clean. Cafe served just pancakes and sausage for breakfast but quite good. We would stay again if in the area.

This park is okay as a pass through. Definitely not a destination. Rigs crowded in side by side. Hardly enough room to turn around. Nothing more than a parking lot with hook ups. Laundry suitable - 2.50 a wash, 2.00 to get dry enough. If we ever came back to this area, would look for another park.

Nice little park. Very clean and well kept. Each site has a picnic table. Lovely area overlooking a golf course.

As the other posted stated, what a nice little park. We first planned on overnighting at Walmart but didn't like the area. So decided to move on when we saw the signs leading to Riverside. Only one other RV was there so we also got a 30 amp. The park was quiet all night. No charge but a receptacle for donations. We were more than happy to donate $10.00.

Rate is with the Federal Senior Pass. We loved our site #73. It's on a loop with only one other site. It was a large pull through and right on the lake. I would give this park a higher rating if it had sewer. One note: We tried the showers but even with the water running for a few minutes it remained cold. Maybe because it was early in the season and not used enough? Not the best shower rooms we've been in at a COE by a long shot. Be aware gates are locked at 11 and open 6 am.
