Really enjoyed our stay here. Friendly staff from the receptionist when we arrived, to the grounds keepers. Decided to splurge and get a water front site and glad we did. Dock on back of site to set out and enjoy the marina view. Campground was very clean, majority of sites shaded, a lot of sites improved by owners. Campground was easy to maneuver around in, site easy to back camper into.(38' fiver). Only negative was Wi-Fi which was hit or miss, and we were right at a hotspot. Talked to others who couldn't get access. Will go back.

All sites are pull through which makes easy in and out. Hookups good location, level site. No trees, so no shade if looking for break from sun. Park was clean, some seasonals parked around with campers in storage for weekends. Good stocked camp store. Make sure and have water regulator as the pressure is high. Had a lakefront site, great view, but Wi-Fi didn't reach site. Asked at office, said they would look into, but for 4 nights it didn't work, had to walk up to relay near bath to get signal. Would return.

Stopped for an overnight. Had pull through site, only 30 Amp electric. Advertised 25 channel cable in brochure; had to use antenna as cable quality was poor, couldn't see picture. Tried Wi-fi, gave up, very slow and couldn't call up site. On the way out roads were very muddy, even though there was no rain the time I was there; need to put some gravel down. Very disappointed for the price.

Nice campground. Very clean, nice management, easy access to beach. Nice concrete pad to park on, mats not allowed on grass. Wi-fi worked very well, 60+ channels of cable, power kept constant voltage, good water pressure. Easy access from road, sites can be tight getting in or out of with big rig depending on where neighbor parked.

Great park. Stayed here before and there are improvements every time we go. Very friendly staff, helpful if problems. Sites are good size, grass taking hold were it is a newer park. Would be a good place to go in summer as it is on a lake, have boats and jet skis to rent along with there own dock. Reason for 9 is majority of park is gravel. Rate is PPA. Will return.

The campground itself is very nice. Large sites, escorted to site, clean, walking path around lake, majority of sites pull thrus. Unfortunately, management not willing to enforce their rules. Our visit was ruined by a group of campers who drank excessively during the day and into early morning with no regards to other campers. After complaints from numerous campers about noise, management finally told them to obey the 11 PM quiet hours. The campers now started making more noise and riding around on golf carts, yelling obscenities and using car horns to let everyone know the 11 PM time was near. Management said they couldn't make them leave that night, as they were to drunk to drive. Didn't make them leave the next day, said they were not going to let them stay there anymore. We left a day early, as other campers had left 1 to 2 days early to avoid the drunks. Will not go back even though this could be a nice campground.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Campground is new, but owners working on it. Had a lot of trees to plant. Sites are big, gravel, nice views of lake from most sites. Most cable channels I have ever had at a campground, including HD channels. Good location for getting around Tri-Cities, flea market across road on weekends. Only negatives, traffic from flea market can cause problems with entrance/exit of campground, and have to watch for mud if it rains as grass hasn't had time to grow. Price is with PPA discount. Will stay again when visiting area.

Have stayed before and enjoy campground. This time we had trouble with ants. Had to go out and get ant powder, and even had park maintenance come spray site. Didn't help. Campground host said they had been fighting this problem all summer. Noticed several sites had powder down for ants too.

Another great COE park in SC. Stayed for the weekend and wanted to stay longer. Had a site on lake with a great view. Park was very clean with cleaning crew coming through every day. Would give a 10 if they were open year round. Will go back.

A great campground. Very well maintained, hosts go out of way to make sure everyone is taken care of. Escorted to site, even trimmed a branch that I thought might catch my roof. Very nice campground, off leash areas for the dog to play. Will return again next year.

Campground is starting to run down some from lack of upkeep. Had breaker at campground breaker box keep tripping out. Host said they were having electrical problems. Had to watch for low hanging branches on roads in park and at sites. Some sites were closed due to sewer problems. Some sites had mud problems as no gravel had been put down in some time. A nice park, but some work is needed to get it back in to shape.

Nice park, very clean. Like others have said, there are no trees, so no shade. Sites were good size, all pull through, and some had good views of the lake. Very few campers during week, but filled up on weekend. Will go back.

This is an excellent campground, especially for dog owners. The campground is designed with your dog in mind, from off leash fenced in play areas, to a swimming pond, agility ring, to even a wash room with tubs for your pet. The owners are the nicest we have ever met, and go out of their way to be helpful. Besides the activities for your dog, there are activities planned from art classes and such during day, to cook outs in the evening for all campers. A great place to relax and let your pet have a vacation too.
