This was a nice park. The roads were paved and the sites were in concrete. It was a well kept park with large sites. The pool and clubhouse were small. The park was next to Jacksonville flea market and one exit to shopping. The park had on site detailing which I thought was nice. The people who work there were nice to deal with. Pecan park is close to the airport so you can hear the planes take off and land. I will come back in the future.

I have been to a lot of parks over the years and this one did not impress me at all. The park was more like a horse ranch with RV sites. The smell of the horses was terrible and their manure was all over the road. I found that the bathrooms were old and not clean with mildew in the shower stalls. Some of the sites were level but when it rained they were muddy. The help was very friendly and helpful. We stayed two nights and left.

This is a fun park. The pool is huge with a bar and grille. The sites were nice but narrow. The bathrooms and showers were very clean. Upon arrival staff escorted us to our site and got us anything we needed. On premises there is put put golf, fishing and a game room. This park is great for the whole family. The staff was very friendly and i would return in the future. Close to the beach and shopping.
