El Rancho Mobile Home Park, Albuquerque, New Mexico

Date of Stay: May, 2008 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed a couple months in 2006 returned in September 2007. Nice, quiet, secure and very clean park. Manager and staff were friendly and helpful. Large spaces had patio, grass yard and wasn't dusty like parks on the west side of town. Was able to get 4 bars on the Wi-Fi signal. When we stayed for a couple months the yard was taken care of by the park. Since the rent was so cheap we just paid the maintenance man twenty bucks a month to water and mow it when whew stayed for a year. Didn't have to move out during the balloon fiesta. Managers keep a good eye on the place and tenants, don't allow noise, make sure pets are picked up after and don't allow kids to run all over the place. For us older folks it was a great location to where all we needed to go. We'll be returning in August. We camped at El Rancho Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

Albuquerque Central KOA, Albuquerque, New Mexico

Date of Stay: August, 2007 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Rather expensive. Stayed a couple weeks while waiting for a space at a cheaper quiet park. Too close to freeway noise. Had problems connecting to the Wi-Fi. Good park for young families and those with pets. We camped at Albuquerque Central KOA in a Motorhome.
