Loved this park! Plenty of space between sites. Level. All hook-ups worked well. Great wifi. Cable TV. Cleanest restrooms and laundry that we have experienced in a long time! Friendly, caring owners. Nicely maintained with decorations for the season.

Date of Stay:

Mostly long term. Roads need repair. Sites are concrete but concrete is broken with cracks, some with multiple layers of repairs making them uneven. Not big rig friendly! Nice staff. Wal-Mart is NOT next door as advertised - it is about 3/4 of a mile! Wifi was good.

Date of Stay:

Lots of long term (for medical care) but some sites for short term. Sites very close. Back in only. Very friendly staff. Laundry quite pricey - would not do laundry there again! Gated.

This is a great place to stay about 1 mile from casino. Free night for first timers! Shuttle takes you back and forth to casino. 3 different restaurants. Lots of slots, etc. No frills at RV park - but full hook-up right across from the water and a viewing tower to get great pictures of sunset!

Sites are not level and there are a lot of trees - on the side of a hill. Have stayed here a few times because of the Mustang Grill and I always say that the park needs TLC! Wifi okay as we were right next to the office. Over air TV good.

Staff was amazing - so professional and helpful. Sites are tight for a 45' RV with only back-in sites - if they would convert some back to back to pull-thru sites for larger rigs, this rating would have been a 10. Wifi was excellent as was the cable TV. The area for hooking and un-hooking toad was great. Morning newspaper was very nice. Sites are close together but doable. Parking tow vehicle was tight - had to put in front of your rig - some congestion when trying to exit due to vehicles parked partially in the road. Exit 10 Restaurant on site is a plus.

One of the best KOAs we have ever been in - they had a lounge and happy hour as well as a restaurant! WiFi was great as was cable TV. Close to all kind of RV resources! Gravel sites. Shade trees.

Date of Stay:

A huge gravel parking lot with not one single tree! No amenities other than laundry - pricey for what you get. Pipeline workers were most of the residents. Located behind a Camping World, which was convenient. Good for checking out the El Paso area! No WiFi. Air TV.

A parking lot in the midst of oil workers! But, well maintained and easy to maneuver. Good laundry room. I-20 Wildlife Preserve right across the street and a very nice 2 mile RT walk! Gravel site. WiFi worked good even with all the residents in the park! Cable TV.

Not a "ranch"! Needs TLC! Very little shade. You check in at RV center once you enter campground on a back road - confusing! Mostly long term residents. Gravel site. WiFi was by Ethernet and was amazing! So fast! RV center caters to 5th wheels and pull-behinds. Store is well stocked.

Rough narrow road into campground. Very nice woodsy atmosphere. Paved sites. Evidence of recent flooding. Good WiFi. Nice walking path around lake. Newer sites on river side are large with room for both your coach and toad! Back-ins only on those!

Roomy sites, shady. Hiking trails. No WiFi or cable. Paved sites.

Good level sites. Gravel sites. Room to maneuver. WiFi okay. Had cable but we could never get it to work!
