Tall Texan Campground, Gunnison, Colorado

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Probably was once a good family RV park. Nice log cabin style buildings. Beautiful outside pavilion, but all was run down with no activity for guest. When we arrived things were not right. Entrance was overgrown with tree limbs rubbing side of rig. Part of office ceiling had falling down. Guided us thru the back forty and parked us beside a year around renter. Grass had not been mowed. Would not stay here again. We camped at Tall Texan Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Columbia Sun RV Resort, Kennewick, Washington

Overall Rating:

A new park open about a month. It is first class, the best I have ever stayed at. Staff was very nice and the owner escorted us to our site. Definitely would stay again on our next year trip to the Northwest. We camped at Columbia Sun RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Pendleton KOA , Pendleton, Oregon

Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here the last four years and enjoyed the overnight stay. I was guided in by attendant via golf cart. Told him tree limbs on both sides were against fifth wheel and could not open slide outs. Ask him to cut limbs said he would call the manager. Manager said he would not cut limbs and no other site available. To tired to move, left slides in. Park is geared for permanent residents. Am a long time KOA member. Will not be back to this KOA park. We camped at Pendleton KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

A nice older park. We stayed a month. Only complaint is the sites are too close together, but overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. We camped at Riverview RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Copperas Creek COE, Comanche, Texas

Date of Stay: April, 2007 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

A beautiful campground on the Comanche side of Lake Procter. We have stayed here numerous times over the years. It is a typical C.O.E lake. Once you pay your fees at the gate you are on your own. Don't expect the amenities of an RV resort. We camped at Copperas Creek COE in a Fifth Wheel.
