Our TT is 26 ft, and we barely fit in our site, however it was really a pop-up site, not meant for TT. There are only 2 full hook-up sites, and we did not have one of them (30A + water only), but it didn't matter-the scenery makes up it. We were just up the hill, with our own path down to the river. The entire campground is under a canopy of trees. The fire pits are built up high, which makes it easier to build fires (less bending over) and keeps the smoke out of your eyes. The campground was very full the weekend we went, but people were very friendly. About .5 mile up the road is the entrance to the hiking trail for Crabtree Falls. The views of the falls are truly breathtaking. What a wonderful way to relax for a weekend. We will definitely be back.

Very beautiful setting on the banks of a creek. It is unfortunate that you are unable to walk along the stream past the campground, but it appears the adjacent land is privately owned. The hosts are very nice, and the campground is clean. I would not want to bring my children, because there just isn't much for them to do. It's very small, even for bike-riding, and there is no playground or pool. Also, the sites are VERY close together-we did not have a campfire because it would have been too close to either our camper or the one next to us. You also might want to make sure you have an adapter with you-we have a 30A plug but had only 50A available at our site; luckily, we had an adapter with us. So, it's a beautiful location, quaint town, nice people, but very small and close together sites.

Family-Run, Not Family-Friendly . This campground COULD BE, and probably once was, very nice. The family that runs it is very nice, but I don't think they have a clue what goes on. The main problem is all the permanent campers-many people who actually live at the campground. And they are not just in one place-they are scattered throughout the campground. One night we were there, we had a domestic disturbance going on for several hours in the middle of the night right outside our camper. The other problem is that the place is not well-maintained. They have some electrical wiring issues at some site. When we arrived, nothing had been mowed (including the area around the upper playground). They had just overhauled the pool but it failed inspection. Very few of the games in the game room actually work. The mini-golf, though free, is very run-down. As for the fishing pond (with paddle boats listed as an amenity)- it is full of algae, and there are no paddle boats (not that you would want to go in the water anyway). The playground equipment in the back is rusted. The rental units look very run-down. If someone would take the time to really clean up/clean out the place, it would be wonderful. The sites are large, and there is a lot of shade. However, the people who live there don't make you feel welcome or comfortable-we were more intruders than weekend vacationers.
