Artesia RV Park, Artesia, New Mexico

Date of Stay: May, 2008 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

This is a great very basic park. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff and owners are helpful and curious. They are currently updating the Wi-Fi for the entire park but currently it's very slow. We camped at Artesia RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Amarillo Ranch RV Park, Amarillo, Texas

Date of Stay: May, 2008 - $14.00
Overall Rating:

Park Sites are large and roomy, but except for a small pad you're in dirt. If it rains you're in mud. The Showers although clean have an unpleasant odor much like a combination of mold and pool chemicals. We had a bad 30-amp circuit breaker, which we had to keep resetting. This was reported to the park management and was told they would repair the breaker the following day. They never did. We had to purchase a 50-amp to 30-amp converter to have uninterrupted electricity. Most of the hot tub jets were either broken or not working. We camped at Amarillo Ranch RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Cane Creek State Park, Star City, Arkansas

Date of Stay: April, 2008 - $18.00

Very clean campground including the bath facilities. It's a beautiful park with lots of trees and our site had a great view of the lake. The sites range from quite large to rather small. We camped at Cane Creek State Park in a Fifth Wheel.
