We camped here on Halloween weekend October 20-22 and stayed in Site 13. The site was large and level. The entire campground was very wet due to 4 solid days of hard rain. The owners were very friendly and willing to assist any way they could to make sure their guests were happy. They had hay rides for the kids, a haunted forest, pumpkin painting, and plenty of activities for the kids. The adults had a Karaoke night with a DJ for dancing. The park was a nice scenic ride away from the state park and all the attractions. The only thing that could use improving is the restrooms. They were older but clean. The showers had push buttons and they only stayed on for 15 seconds and that was very annoying. Other than that I would rate this campground excellent. Oh they also deliver firewood right to your campsite That was very handy. I would definitely come back for another visit. They are very pet friendly.

I would normally rate this campground a lot higher but there is no need for a campground of this size to have dirty restrooms or showers. They should be able to afford a full time attendant. They also need closer restrooms in the back of the campground. They had constant patrolling security who did nothing about loud music all night long. Other than that, our stay was pleasant. They have lots of stuff for kids and even a bar for adults. My site was on the river but couldn't see the river unless I climbed under uncut brush. Most sites were close but I was happy with mine. Staff was very friendly and the store was the best I've ever seen. I would camp here again but would pay the extra money for a larger riverfront site.

This was a very nice campground. The staff seemed very busy but got me checked in quickly and with a smile. Didn't care for my first site but they were willing to offer me a different one. The campground was only about a mile from the beach and they had their own path to walk there. The bathrooms were pretty clean but didn't care for the coin operated showers. They gave plenty of time but always seemed to keep jamming up. They had a very nice store but WiFi was only available right up next to the building. This was a beautiful campground and it was only minutes from Provinctown. I would definitely camp here again.

Cape Cod Campresort was an excellent campground. It was very clean and well cared for. The staff was very friendly. They did have a lot of rules that were strictly enforced but this is why I believe that they keep the place up so nice. They even make everyone back in their sites so not to accidentally hit someone backing out. Security was constantly patrolling. The pool was very clean but Cold! The laundry facilities were always full but when i finally got in to use them it was $6.00 to wash and dry one load. That was a bit steep. The whole park was paved so I never had any dust when traffic when by. The whole overall experience was excellent! I would highly recommend this campground. It was also very close to a Ferry to take you to Martha's Vineyard.

This KOA was Very Clean! Park has nice private campsites overlooking woods. Bath house was very clean and had soft music playing all the time. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They deliver fire wood right to your site. Close to Old Mans Cave and other attractions. Close to everything! If you have kids they won't go without entertainment. They have Hayrides, Mining Through, and other fun activities planned for the little ones. All the sites were very well maintained and had plenty of gravel and terra cotta stone that looks very appealing. I will be returning!

We spend 2 weeks on the road and this campground stands out the most. We had so much fun here. This was very scenic. They had wild life everywhere. Moose in the River, Bear in an open field. This park was extremely clean and well cared for. The bathrooms were very clean and the camp store was always stocked with everything I needed. The staff was very friendly. It was very easy for me to maneuver around. If I had a motorhome or fifth wheel would want a site closer to the store. I drove all the way from Toledo, Ohio and can't wait to come back someday. This is by far the most Scenic campground I have ever been. They also have tons of trails close by with waterfalls everywhere. You will not be disappointed.

This KOA was excellent. They had the cleanest lake I have ever seen! Crystal clear water and they must groom the sand. The Bathrooms were flawless. I saw a cleaning crew going around on a golf cart all day long. Staff was very friendly. They always had fun activities for the kids including water slide, Swimming, outdoor pool tables, put-put golf, wagon rides, game rooms and more. If you didn't feel like cooking you could even order a pizza from there snack bar. The only negative thing I have to say is that they had several loud speaker announcements which could get annoying especially when I was trying to catch an afternoon nap. Other than that I will definitely be coming back.

This was a very nice campground. Very clean restrooms. The campground was a bit noisy in the lower number sites 100-200. If you book a site in the 300-400 range the noise is greatly reduced. There is a highway which runs right next to the camp. The airport isn't very far away but I only heard a couple of flights. The beach was very nice. The camp volunteers were very helpful. I was a bit disappointed about having to spend another $30 bucks on a Michigan parks seasonal pass or $8 a day. There are 3 or 4 restroom/shower buildings. The last one is the newest but has long lines in the morning. I walked down to the older ones and didn't have to wait at all. They were all very clean. This is a great place to set up camp and see the town. Went to Sleeping bear dunes and it was only about a 30 minute scenic drive. Downtown is only about 5 miles away...Bring your Credit Card! Lots of cool art shops. Happy Camping!
