New owners with a lot of good plans. The pull-thru sites are somewhat close but level. Wi-Fi ok, over air tv also ok. Would stay again.

Date of Stay:

This park was a very friendly place to stay, all of the staff were great. We were taken to our site, lined up for the best sewer hookup and explained when and were to put the trash. They have a nice lake to walk around, all of the park was clean and comfortable to be in. I would stay there again.

The park has all concrete pads with a pad for the picnic table. Very friendly staff who takes you to your site. Firewood has to be purchased at the park, $1o.00 for a wheel barrel load. Over the air TV is OK at best. The park does have Wi-Fi for a $3.oo weekend charge. We will return to this park.

This campground has been around for along time. It's at river level and gets flooded out almost every spring. Which is the reason for not having water or sewer at this time. Its a very clean park with level sites. You get a free stack of fire wood upon arrival. Water activities such as tubing and canoeing are offered.

Price does not reflect the Good Sam Discount. This park is within walking distance of Wall Drug. Its a very clean and well kept park. The staff was very helpful for everything from what to see in the Bad Lands to where to purchase groceries. I would stay there again.

Price reflects full hook up. This is a great place for families and kids. Park is clean, sites are level, plenty of activities to do. The only down side is really not over air TV to speak of. I would stay here again.

The park has many great sites both long, wide, and level. This made for easy "big rig" parking. Most sites are well shaded due to the large trees. The grounds are in good condition along with the access road. I would stay there again.

This park is a hidden jewel in northern Door County, WI. Not only are the owners and staff very friendly, the parks up keep is great. Even thought the park is located among tall trees the lay out allows easy parking of big rigs. This is a must stay at park.

This is a very well kept county park,it is however a very tight fit for larger units. The trout stream is the draw for this park, as the DNR stocks it for the weekend campers. No reservations so one has to get there early for a spot, however well worth it. From the nature center to the many walking trails there is enough to keep you busy.

Very pleasant and well thought out park. If you do not like kids this is not for you. The owner has taken great pride in providing a clean well kept RV park. The one major problem if you do not get full hook up is the location of the "Dump Station", you need to plan ahead before using it. I will be back to this park. Great location also for the casino.

As the park has new owners (since May) it seems they are turning a KOA to a Good Sam. The park has the normal KOA pull throughs very very narrow. The park was clean and well kept. I would stay here again.

Located almost half way between Denver and Fort Collins this park is way above AAA rating. Each site has large concrete pads plus very clean. The park is a little closer to I-25 than I would like the sound of the highway is not that bad. I does lack shade in over 80% of the sites however. Many well maintained walking paths around the three large ponds. I will stop here again.

All in all for an overnight KOA it was very nice. My main concern is it is out in the middle of no ware, miles from anything. I asked the staff about the closest place to get diesel no one knew. Closet anything is about 15 miles away. Plan ahead before stopping.

This park is fantastic! Not only is everything clean and well kept, they have free mini golf and free paddle boats. The owner is on site at all times to make sure your stay is one of the best around. I first thought being somewhat close to the highway there would be a lot of noise; there was none. They have expanded by making two sets of 4 unit rings for groups with one big fire pit. It's a little tight but doable for my 35' 5th wheel. The $20 rate was after the (2) Good Sam discounts. I will come back to this park.

I found this park to be greatly unkempt. For the most part there are no pads to park on. The pad sites are for the seasonal campers. The grass looked as if it had not been cut for a couple weeks. The tables and the floors in two covered areas were full of bird droppings, making them unusable. I will only return if I have to. For the dollars paid, it is far over priced.
